This KQI indicates the voice call success rate perceived by the calling subscriber.

Definition
This KQI indicates the amount of time the calling subscriber waits before hearing the

This KQI indicates the call drop rate perceived by subscribers.

1.4 Page Response Success Rate
Definition
This KQI indicates the rate at which website access requests are successfully responded
to after subscribers type a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) in the address bar of a
web browser.

1.5 Page Response Delay


Definition
This KQI indicates the amount of time a subscriber waits before the web page
information starts to display in the title bar of the browser after the subscriber types a
Uniform Resource Locator (URL) in the address bar.

1.6 Page Browsing Success Rate


Definition
This KQI indicates the rate at which a browser successfully displays a web page after a
subscriber types a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) in the address bar or refreshes a
page for multiple times.

1.7 Page Browsing Delay


Definition
This KQI indicates the amount of time a subscriber waits before a web page is
displayed or refreshed after the subscriber types a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) or
refreshes a page.

1.8 Page Download Throughput


Definition
This KQI indicates the speed at which a web page is cached to a subscriber's mobile
equipment after the subscriber types a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) or refreshes a
web page.

Page Browsing Delay (ms)

Email
1.9 Email Login Success Rate
Definition
This KQI indicates the rate at which a user successfully logs in to an Email server after
entering the user name and password in a web page or an Email service client.

1.10 Email Login Delay


Definition
This KQI indicates the amount of time a user waits until they successfully log in to an
Email server after clicking Log in (the user must have entered their user name and
password before clicking Log in).

1.11 Email Send Success Rate


Definition
This KQI indicates the rate at which a user receives a prompt indicating that the Email
has been successfully sent after clicking the Send button.

This KQI indicates the rate at which multimedia files are successfully played on a web

This KQI indicates the amount of time a user waits until a multimedia file is played
after clicking the play button on a web page.

1.17 Video Streaming Stall Frequency


Definition
This KQI indicates the number of times a streaming media file stalls within one minute
when the file is being played.

1.18 Video Streaming Stalled Time Rate


Definition
This KQI indicates the percentage of the total stall time out of the total length of the
played multimedia file (audio or video).

1.19 Video Streaming Plays Disconnected


Rate
Definition
This KQI indicates the rate at which the downloading of a multimedia file stops or
restarts before the multimedia buffer is fully occupied, because the client or server fails
to process the multimedia service efficiently or the network transmission quality is
poor.
