Dear Mark:
I am following up on my previous letter sent to you on October 28, 2015. Since
that time I have found no evidence of you publicly disavowing the write-in effort made
on your behalf, either before the deadline of last Saturday or any time thereafter. State
Party staff, Tenth District Chairwoman Jo Thoburn and Frederick County Republican
Committee Chairman Andy Robbins were also unable to find any evidence.
Therefore, you have been deemed to resign your membership in all Republican
committees, including the State Central Committee, by virtue of a violation Article VII,
Section C.
You are able to rejoin the any of the committees with a majority vote of the
members of each committee and I sincerely hope you will attempt to do so. Please let me
know if you have any further questions on this issue.
