6) THINK ahead what to do when you return home with the money you
saved. Take entrepreneurship classes offered by governmental and
non-governmental organizations. Consult with returned migrant work-
ers who managed to run a successful business. Thinking and planning
ahead is the most certain way to repeat labor migration.
7) CONSIDER opening a collective saving account among community
members. This will prevent you from spending all the money at once.
8) BE care with your savings. Do not deposit your money anywhere
except certified financial agencies. Beware of strangers at airports or
education centers.
9) EXPLAIN clearly that your money is limited to family members and
neighbors who want to borrow money from you.
10) MAKE a comprehensive financial plan. Make a long term budget
including how much will be needed for how many years and how to
keep the savings. Trade unions or NGOs may help you with this.
