Why do you want to work for us?

Well mainly because I would like to work for a reputable company in which I could have
a long and rewarding career and I brrth is a good choice,. Since brtth endeavors to provide good
quality healthcare service to the community I think it would be a rewarding work experience to
be in an organization which helps the community. Also brrth has a reputation of providing good
compensation and benefits to the employees.
Aside from that I believe I have the necessary skills that will contribute to the organization, I am
a graduate of Bachelor of Science and accountancy, I have the necessary skills required for
accounting functions. I am knowledgeable about basic office applications like Word, Excel. I
also have experienced clerical work during ojt. Everything else that I lack I am sure that I can
aquire throught training.
Why Should We Hire You

Hi I am Richard Kenneth Diaz. I am graduate of Divine Word College of Legazpi city
with a degree in Accountancy. I am not YET a licensed CPA, but I will retake the board exam for
accountancy some day when I have the means to do so. I took my OJT in Pagibig fund legazpi,
my tasks are clerical in nature , I would usually assist my superior with documents, checks and
misc. office work like photocopying.taking phone calls. I am also knowledgeable about basic
office applications like word and excel. Overall with my accounting skills, experience and
knowledge I believe I am qualified for the position.

you should hire me because I have the skills and qualifications necessary for the job, I am
a graduate of accountancy, although I am not yet licensed as a professional I have a very high
score in the civil service exams so I have proof of my competence, I am knowledgeable in the
basic office applications: Word, excel, and I have experience in clerical work.
What are yout strengths?
I have been told by my superior during ojt evaluations, that I am an excellent employee.
Maybe because I am self motivated, I do not need any external things to motivate me to do my
work, if I am in the office then I expect my self to be working, I tend to hate downtime in my
work, I hate being in a situation that I am doing nothing. I remember during my ojt I would take
phone calls for my office group and volunteer for random jobs just so I can do something and
avoid periods of time where I am doing nothing.
I am result oriented, People know that they can trust me to do what I say I will do, they
trust me to deliver. If I am told to finish work at a certain time I would finish before
the deadline, I f I am unable to perform a certain task then I would usually ask help,
communication is very important in organizations and its extremely helpful in
situations where you are not confident in, I do what is necessary to finish the job
What are your weaknesses

I tend to overthink things, I generally make up implausible situations or worst

case scenarios in my mind about work or anything, which tends to cause me stress,
but I guess as a result I get to be more prepared than If I am a more relaxed person
because I get to rehearse situations in my mind before the actual event.
I tend to make up my mind very quickly which lead me to trouble in the past,
as an example In my thesis I used the title: Budgeting practices of public
highschools, without thinking that the information we require would be private and
not to be shared with us, as result the findings of our thesis were very superficial.
Nowadays I try to take things more slowly, and gather information first with my
colleagues before making decisions.
