an organization I’ve been proud to be associated with
since coming to Nashville in 1997. The Sports Council
dramatically impacts our community from an economic


standpoint, but also enhances our quality of life and
sense of community spirit and pride.

TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

The Nashville Sports Council is a 501(c)6 non-profit, membership-based organization. Membership shall be available to any individual or organization who pays the dues prescribed by the board of directors and who
otherwise qualifies pursuant to requirements promulgated by the board. Any person or organization which subscribes to the objectives of the Nashville Sports Council shall be eligible for membership without regard
to race, creed, color, religious affiliation, or national origin. Membership benefits are fulfilled on a calendar-year basis by join date and are active on renewal and/or purchase date. Memberships are non-transferable
and may be tax deductible as a business expense. Memberships may be purchased and owned by individuals, corporations, and/or organizations. Members cannot transfer ownership without written notification
and approval by the Nashville Sports Council. Membership benefits and privileges of ownership (e.g., exclusive ticket opportunities, invitations to events, etc.) may not be transferred to anyone other than the
named member unless specified by the Nashville Sports Council. If and when the member’s contact information such as address, phone, fax, and e-mail along with any other pertinent information is changed, the
Nashville Sports Council must receive written notification for incorrect records and assumes no liability for lost membership benefits for incorrect information. By joining the Nashville Sports Council as a member,
you acknowledge that you have a relationship with the Nashville Sports Council, and you will be contacted by mail, e-mail, phone, and/or fax regarding Nashville Sports Council events, membership opportunities,
