We are going to establish a new institution

(not for profit) with a goal of diminish of unemployment.
By the amount granted from Hult prize Gaza, we will establish
new commercial projects be managed and supervised by the
team. We are going to establish different projects with different
activities in different places in order to employ the largest number
possible of unemployed people and provide adequate income for
them.
The projects that will be established seems to be profitable but
they are actually unprofitable aimed at diminish of unemployment
(how question is answered in the following).
The idea of the project:
In case we won the prize, we will establish miscellaneous small
projects with different activities in which they need low capital
and have large return.
The projects will be owned by the institution, managed and
supervised by the team and employees get monthly salaries.
Every project will employ sufficient employees to work efficiently
and effectively. Unskilled labor will be trained in case a project
needs skills and we dont have skilled labor.
We are going to establish 70 projects at the beginning with an
amount of $800,000 , purchase an apartment to be center for the
institution with an amount of $70,000 , purchase two cars in order
to supervise the projects with an amount of $30,000 and the
$100,000 left will still liquid cash to train employees and support
projects specially at the beginning.
Every project generates income. The income will be collected by
the institution and then be put at a banking account. Through
income which will be obtained from existing projects we will
establish new projects going into larger projects and employ new
workers yesterday were unemployed.

There is a lot of people in Gaza strip suffering from lack of

employment opportunities. So by the projects we will heavily
diminish unemployment problem which is the largest obstacle we
have.
Maybe we can give unemployed people money to establish their
businesses but most of them unable to invest and operate a
project. So we will train, qualify, manage and supervise all
projects.
The projects that will be established are small businesses with a
capital range from $8,000 to $15,000 .
We are 4 birds team have a lot of businesses which achieve large
return on investment with low capital and didnt be studied
accurately from people ( How could be established, how to
market, how to employ efficiency, how to attract customers,
etc ).
Our goal:
Is to change something in our community (Diminish of
unemployment as well as developing the economy). We are as
entrepreneurs dont hope to see the change only but looking
forward to be the change that we hope to be.
