Week 7
Tuesday, October 27, 2015
4:00-10:00pm
Second Stage

SCHEDULE
4:00pm- Called: all (cast come as prepped as possible with makeup/hair!)
- Work notes onstage
6:00pm- Dinner break
6:30pm- Back from break
- Cast into mic ASAP
- Run a number with sound & orchestra
6:55pm- Show cheer
- Lift call & preset props
- Cast finish getting into costume/hair/makeup/mic (you dont have much time!)
7:00pm- Half hour
7:30pm- Begin dress run
10:00pm/end of rehearsal- Cast out of costume/mic
- Restore dressing rooms & Dance Studio
- Released: all

Second Stage (AKA Cope Gillette Theatre)

SCHEDULE
4:00pm- Called: all (cast come as prepped as possible with makeup/hair!)
- Work notes onstage
6:00pm- Dinner break
6:30pm- Back from break
- Cast into mic ASAP
- Run a number with sound & orchestra
6:55pm- Show cheer
- Lift call & preset props
- Cast finish getting into costume/hair/makeup/mic (you dont have much time!)
7:00pm- Half hour, house open
7:30pm- Begin final dress run (well have a special guest audience and be taking production photos this
night!)
10:00pm/end of rehearsal- Cast out of costume/mic
- Restore Dance Studio
- Released: all

- Restore all spaces (dressing rooms, Dance Studio, theater)
- Released: all (only after youve helped clean up and restore spaces!)
