EMPLOYMENT
August 2009-Present: Acorn Stair Lifts
Inventory manager for the company’s NJ distribution center. Coordinating delivery and
demand of product with the installers in Acorn’s Northeast region, the regional manager,
and the corporate offices in FL. Delivery of ordered lifts & components to various
destinations, both commercial & residential, to comply with demand in a timely manner;
deliveries are often multiple days with many stops across various states. Assisting each
installer with unloading and inspecting the newly delivered items, as well as removing
any packaging and broken components of previously delivered products,As well as doing
a full audit of their remaining inventory.; filling out and submitting expense reports.
Acting as a liaison between the regional installers and the branch manager.

In home sales of windows, sliding& entry doors; keeping records on all customers,
supervising installations on site, filing all paperwork with the office and for my records.

correctly. Communicating with other warehouses to know exactly what their needs were
and how we could meet those needs in a timely fashion. Working side by side with
management to ensure that the product was always on time and that the customers
were always satisfied with our work. Weekly meetings of employees and management
to go over what has been done and what we could do better to guarantee customer
satisfaction.
