Responsible for the and management and role ownership all networks at COMPANY sites Globally

Responsible for the configuration and management of the local/wide


area networks at all COMPANY sites (UK and Globally).
Responsible for the Group Cisco IPT phone system.
Responsible for backup / DR of all network devices.
Manage and support all external networking / suppliers.
Manage Firewall / VPN / Proxy configurations.
Manage internet based Mail and Web security solutions.
Manage network performance solutions as required ( Riverbed etc ).
Manage all software on networking equipment keeping all up to date.
Manage all network backups to ensure full recovery position in any
networking failure situation.
Manage and Support COMPANY servers as part of the infrastructure
team.
Manage SLAs to keep within scope.
Remotely manage equipment housed at all sites.
Define scope, plan and problem solve.
Deliver to project dates / timings.
Actively deliver Network Architecture Design to the highest spec.
Deliver future proof systems.
Develop strategy with the GI Manager for all current and future
COMPANY networking requirements.
Produce network statistics and reporting as required.
Own and resolve incidents and service requests to completion .
Monitor all traffic ( WAN and LAN ) for SLAs and problem solving.
Schedule administration / work on network within the scope of the
business working hours globally.
Provide support for systems out of the normal site hours.
Travel to all COMPANY sites where required.
Support all backups as part of the infrastructure team.
Initiate, Contribute, Build and Maintain the integrity of all IT
documentation and IT databases.
Any other tasks as requested by the GI Manager.

networking solutions through the business.

COMPANY.
