Today Im going to tell you about the three factor of Bersih Rally 4.0 are they
demands for free and fair elections, the right to demonstrate, and saving the national
economy.

Body:
i.

One of the factor of Bersih Rally 4.0 is they demand for a free and fair elections.
A. Basically the rallies were organised by The Coalition for Clean and Fair Elections
(Malay: Gabungan Pilihanraya Bersih dan Adil) or Bersih (meaning clean in
Malay) a coalition of non-government organisations.
1. Seeks to reform the current electoral system in Malaysia to ensure free, clean
and fair elections.
2. The Malaysian Insiders Article on 28 April 2014 reported that, during an
election at Batang Sadong, Sarawak, Datuk Johari Abdul, the PKR Central
Election Committee confirmed that, during counts the ballots, unfortunately
power supply have failed and suddenly black out during that time.
3. During the black out, there were two unrecognized people in the room. While
they lock the door, they mess up the ballots. In the end, the community open
up the issue about the free and fair selection.

The second factor the factor of Bersih Rally 4.0 is the right to demonstrate.
A. According to the Peaceful Assembly Act 2012 (Act 736) mention that, in Part 2 of
the act, the right for peaceful assembly without bring any dangerous weapon.
Meanwhile, in Section 4 of the act mention about the right for organized or
participate in rally.
1. Bersih 2.0 chairperson Maria Chin Abdullah, has clearly remind and warn
their participate of the Bersih Rally 4.0, forbidden to bring any dangerous
weapon, smike bombs during the rally.
2. According to Astro Awani News, Inspector-General of Police Malaysia, Tan
Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said the Bersih Rally 4.0 failed to fulfil the rule of the
Peaceful Assembly Act 2012. In addition, he also said the rally not allowed to
be held in public location but he will allow the organize of the rally to use the

economy slightly drops but some issue arise about how the government
control and saving for Malaysian economy.
1. Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor purchase expensive accessories such as ring,
bangs, and others that becoming a big issue to the community. Meanwhile,
our economy is not stable at all. The community argue where is the money
come from? But she deny the accusation on her it.
2. As reported on Berita Semasa Online, our National Debt has increase to
63.8% (RM847.9 billion) on Government Domestic Product. It shown that
our Government can not control Malaysian economy. Dr. Mahathir has
criticized Mr Najibs Family on BBC News that their Lavish lifestyle.
