Good afternoon, its November 10th, 2015, at _____________ oclock and youre listening to

In local news
A new bill was processed for those drivers who had fail to pay surcharges and have accumulated
points. The assemblywomen L. Grace Spencer, would create a restricted license that will allow
them to drive from home to work, along with a mandated treatment program. If the driver is
caught driving somewhere else the restricted license will be revoked and they will have to pay a
fine that goes from $500 to a $1,000 dollars, including community service and an additional year
of the regular suspended driver license. The fine could be raised if the individual gets into a crash
while driving to the unauthorized place.
A woman was arrested allegedly because she left a toddler home alone. Mecca McNeil a 21 yearold female was charged for child endangerment, after the police received a tip informing that a 4
year old was left alone in a house. The child was taken to the police department, where child
protection service is investigating. McNeil was set with a bail of fifty thousand dollars and
another thirty one thousand dollars for other five warrants.
In National News

Residents in California freak out after mystery lights. Many residents posted videos with the
images of the lights with the assumption that it was either aliens or meteors, while others had
panicked attacks and called the police. However, the U.S military clarified that it was nothing but
the testing of a missile. It was all part of a schedule evaluation test and the missile was not
armed. The military testing will continue until November 12.
An Uber driver is suing the passenger that apparently attacked him. Edward Caban is the Uber
driver that was attacked by Benjamin Golden, a Taco Bell executive. Allegedly Golden was
drunk when the incident happened. Caban asked him to get out of the car because of his
drunkenness, which made Golden furious. Caban said that he had to pepper spray Golden to stop
the attack. Golden admitted that he was drunk, but also that he did not recognized himself while
watching the video of the attack, he is very sorry and wants to personally apologized to Caban,
however, he is been sued by the driver. The amount that Caban is asking for is unknown.
In International News.
USA and Myanmar in the top for been the most generous countries. While Kenya is the number
one for Africa. It is all based on how people volunteer to help others through donations and
giving their time to charity organizations. Religion and response to natural disasters is another
factor to make individuals donate. The surprise was Malaysia, who move from the 70th place to
the 7th. The report concludes saying that geography and culture do not matter when humanity has
to respond to those needs.
Russias athletes should be banned. As the anti-doping agency commission (WADA) has stated,
Russia is known for cheating. The WADA recommends to ban 5 coaches and 5 athletes
permanently and the Russian team should be banned from next years Olympics. WADA hopes

that Russia will start a remedy for this accusations, otherwise the Russian will not participate in
the track and field that will have place in Rio. The Russian sports minister declared that the
petitions will be fulfilled, hoping that their names will be cleared.
