We include in this report how to build a brand and also how to choose
brand name what are the criteria that used for choosing it .
We develop vision and mission statement of our business where we want to
see our business and how we achieve its. We tell you about target market
who is our customer what is their need, who are our competitors and what

Shop management:
Muhammad Adeel Khan is shop manager who manage all the activates in the shop and
also deals with customers.
Raw material Purchasing:
Frames and glasses raw material purchasing responsibility to the Aoun Muhammad and
Asad Mahmood from Lahore suppliers.
Bluetooth and stereo Headphones purchasing responsibility to the Imran Khan and Inran
Mohi u Din from Karachi Supplier.

Future planning:
In future if our product is success in the market we introduce Goggles with Four
features including these all and mp3 player in it.
Conclusion:
We start our business on small level. We identify the gap that is very imported in life
because accidents are common during driving. We introduce a Trispces Goggles in the
market which has three features which are Bluetooth device, Stereo Headphones and sun
glasses.
