This is to bring your kind notice that NABM(P), Delhi is

the nodal body for conducting the Departmental Examination for

promotion of Administrative Staffs and eventually it is to mention

that the NABM(P) is conducting Departmental Examination after
gaping of 3-4 years without clearing the backlog vacancies even
after guide line pronounced

by the DOP&T, which. is badly

hampering the future prospects of Administrative Staffs. Resulting

which, the litigation for violation

of prescribed

guideline, is

enhancing on account of depriving the deserving Administrative

Employees.

In this regard, Ministry of Law had issued a guideline through DO

letter vide No.29(9)/20 14-judl. dated 07/08/2014 with a request to
all Departments that, may reduce Government litigation in courts
so that valuable court time is spent in resolving other pending

cases.

Hence, it is requested to direct NABM(P),

Delhi to conduct

Departmental Examination of pending years immediately and also

on year-wise basis in future to avoid future litigation which is
prevented

the resources

of Our Department

with skeleton of

Administrative Staffs.

by Shri D. Choudhury

which is come-up

in conducting year-wise

due to failure of

Departmental

(copy of the Judgment is annex as Annexure-I)

Examination
and as Sh. D.

Choudhury has already completed 30 years regular service, so,

implementing the said Judgment will not enhance any financial
burden before the Department.
