Based on a tradition of over 10 years in the infrastructure projects, TEHNO WORLD

shows its dedication, professionalism and skills acquired from the numerous
collaborations it had. Our team has an experience of over 20 years in high density
polyethylene pipes used in gas, water and sewage networks.

Technical and production capacity

Tehno World`s activity is performed on a surface of 90,000 m, on which are located the
following:

administrative building of 600 m, with modernly arranged and equipped offices;

2 manufacturing halls, each measuring 2000 m;

one hall intended for manufacturing the pressure PEHD pipes for water, natural gas
networks and accessories fittings. The manufacturing capacity is of 70 tons / day for
pressure PEHD pipe, having the diameters from 20 mm up to 1200 mm, at a high
automation level;

one hall intended for manufacturing of PP and PEHD corrugated pipes for sewerage
networks, drains, power and telecommunication cables protection and accessories;

PEHD and PP manholes and special pieces made of PEHD;

2nd degree laboratory approved by the State Inspectorate for Constructions;

platforms for commodities storage, having a total surface of 25.000 m.

HDPE and PE100 RC pipe production line with single and double layer in the range of
diameters from 500 mm up to 1200 mm for transport and water distribution networks,
gas, sewerage, pipe rehabilitation, SHP.
Unique investment in Eastern Europe that will come into operation starting with July 2015 at
Tehno World.

Manholes
The inspection chambers and manholes are made of PP by
injection molding.
Used for inspecting drainage and sewer networks from the
surface level and to provide the access for maintenance
activities.
Easy to install, fully resistant to external loads and reduce
operational problems to a minimum by providing optimal flow
conditions.
These manholes provide a more sophisticated solution for
access, optimal flow performance and flexible inlets, allowing
adjustable connections with minim 7.5 in each plane,
providing ideal installation flexibility.

Certifications
All products are according to technical and sanitary prescription of Ministry of Health on
liquid food products, Order no. 275 of 26.03.2012.
The products have AFER (Romanian Railway Authority) approval for installation in rail
infrastructure.
Product Certifications: Conformity Certificate issued by Bureau Veritas (BVQI),
certification body accredited according to UNI CEI EN 45011 and 45004.
System Certifications: Certificates of Quality Management System in accordance with
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, a system that guarantees quality of service
