There is ample opportunity to each and every employee in any organization or firm to
enrich his skills while discharging his legitimate duties day to day. It is an everlasting
process to acquire skills and abilities. The primary objective of any employee is nothing
but the enrichment of skills in his life. Every employee may come across with various

Enrichment of skills by updating it day by day is the need of the hour to promote

which the Management is in critical condition. Intellectual power, mental stamina, and
