Description
Distance protection, overcurrent protection and differential protection equipment
as well as monitoring relays, synchronizing
devices, energy meters and measuring
transducers can be tested using the 7VP151
test unit. The current range extends
from 0 to 12.5 A, the voltage range from
0 to 125 V.
For higher currents, voltages or power requirements, the supplementary six-phase
current amplifier unit 7VP153 and threephase voltage and current amplifier
7VP155 are offered.
For single-phase applications, the single-phase test unit 7VP152 is offered.

3 voltage outputs. All outputs are continuously and independently adjustable

in amplitude, phase and frequency.
No tapping of ranges necessary
All current and voltage outputs are
protected against overload and
short-circuit as well as against transient
overvoltages
Generator and mains circuits are galvanically separated
For controlling external amplifiers
(e.g. 7VP153 current amplifier) six
control signals (0 to 5 Vrms) are accessible for the control of amplifiers even
from third party suppliers. The amplification factors can be entered to the
operating software and are automatically considered
10 binary measurement inputs are
available for recording relay contact
switchings
Generator section and grouped inputs:
1 to 4 are galvanically separated from
the inputs 5 to 10. Input switching
thresholds can be set individually
Precision measurement section for
analog signals:
Voltage input: 0 to 10 V
Current input: 0 to 20 mA
4 potential-free contacts for switching
external devices are provided
Several test units can be synchronized
with one another
Calibration without additional, external instruments can be performed in
