DIRECTING FUNCTION
Leadership considered to be one of the most important behavioral
roles exercised by managers in their efforts to make organizations
perform.
Communication process by which the management functions of
planning, organizing, directing and controlling are accomplished.
Motivation process by which the leader influence people to follow for
possible gain of reward or satisfaction.
