Swtich The Recorder

On (switch on side).

Plug in the headphones

& the Mic. Make sure
there are batteries in
both the recorder &
the MIC.

Select input 1 (lit

up in picture).
Press 'Rec' once to

Use 'Rec Level' buttons to set

the peak level between -6 and
0. Always monitor the levels
through the headphones.

Press 'Rec' again to

start recording!
Press stop button
to stop the

Connect the Recorder

to the mac using the
usb lead in the kit.

Use the scroll

wheel to select
'storage' from the
options. dePress the
scroll wheel to

The recorder will appear on the

desktop as a new drive.
In finder, select your audio file
from the stereo>folder 1
location on the new drive.
Import into FCP X as normal.
When finished, eject the drive
from the mac as normal.
