are really appreciate it.

Indra (KAP DSI), a registered accountants in Jakarta Indonesia have a strong willing to
make a good cooperation with Antea as an independent member.
As you know that accounting industry has already implement one global standard called
IFRS. But the other side, the auditing industry does not have any formal global auditing
standard. We are believe that every registered accounting firm in the world are trying their
best effort to implement the global best practice quality standards of auditing. One of the
most common way and also the most effective for registered accountanting firm to set the
global high quality standards in by participating as a member in international accounting
alliance. Therefore we are very interested to participate as an independent member of
accounting alliance, and we do believe that Antea will provide our needs in terms of quality
and business growth.
As we know from the latest study and research, Indonesia, which the country we are
practising, is the 16th largest economy in the world and one of the emerging market
economies of the world. Indonesia has the largest economy in Southeast Asia. We are very
sure that this is a very potential business for Antea to enter together with us.
Once again through this email, we are looking the possibility to cooperate with Antea. As an
independent member, we are aware about our right and obligation in the organization based
on our experiences as an independent member for many years.

with our application to Antea. Our government through the Ministry of Finance also has
certain regulation that should be follow regarding the cooperation with the international
