Supply Chain Manager/Vendor Compliance Manager (Distribution Division)


Direct planning, financial, strategy and oversight responsibility for full cycle supply
chain, distribution, transportation, order processing, inventory control and customer
service across national hard-lines. Led supplier relations and negotiations to drive
supply chain processes to increase efficiencies from vendors to 16 distribution centers
to 350 stores. Partnered with vendors in a project manager role to direct, deploy, and
maximize utilization of EDI / ASN transactions, to support on-time shipping, accuracy

Charged with managing the daily activities, development of a centralized purchasing,
demand planning and replenishment team for home office, music and video categories
for all Montgomery Ward and Lechmere stores. Planned, forecasted, purchased and
directed supply chain planning and inventory replenishment for national DC’s and
stores.

Accomplishments
• Successfully managed the design and launch of this centralized team supporting

sales of more than $450 million.

Project Manager, System Development (IT Division)


Business project manager partnering with IT, directed the design, development,
testing, validation, deployment and post implementation support of a real time Big
Ticket Merchandising System (an integrated purchasing system driving purchasing
data and metrics across corporate, vendors, 16 distribution centers and 350 stores).
Accomplishment
Managed IT personnel for system development and enhancements.
