Reed moves that By-Law Amendment 15.09 be added as item 19, Johnson seconds, motion passes.

A. President Watters: Went to NACA conference, three days. Randy Mueller resigned to run for State Legislature,
will be paid hourly to finish up C-Tran issues.

D. I.T. Director Chase Tornow: At NACA Conference, working on special elections website. Putting final touches
on syllabus website.
E. External Affairs: Read meeting notes.

G. Finance: Working on criteria for determining whether bills are academic or not.

passes. Brady moves to send to finance committee, Kienow seconds, motion passes.

to replace “seen” in Sec. 1 with “listed”, Brady seconds, motion passes. Bill passes 7-0-0.
G. By-Law Amendment 15.06: Bartle moves for a second reading, Reed seconds, motion passes. By-Law
Amendment passes 6-1-0.
H. By-Law Amendment 15.07: Brady moves for a second reading, Johnson seconds, motion passes. Reed moves to
strike “register to” in Sec. 620.01, Allen seconds, motion passes. Brady moves that “An alternative polling site may
be used at the recommendation of the Election Board and approval by the Senate.” replace the last sentence of Sec.
620.01, Reed seconds, motion passes. Brady moves that “The specification of a secure voting room is necessary in
order to relocate the polling site from the VSSB alcove to a site that is more secure for students to vote and to create
an area free from campaign influences.” replace the Statement of Fact, Kienow seconds, motion passes. Passes 7-0-0.
