This was a Customer upgrade project for Claro Colombia and Telkomsel Indonesia. In This project I was
involved in Planning, Testing and upgrade in Customer site at Colombia and Indonesia respectively.
Project included
Oracle 11G upgrade : from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.4
New Emc Storage configuration and attaching storage to Oracle servers .
Configuring ASM Diskgroup , Disk addition
Software upgrade from SP4-SP5-SP6 .
This Project had an opportunity to involve with customer and understand their need and requirement.
New oracle Node Addition For Zain Kuwait Customer .
Configuring SAN Switch .
Deploying Product on Amazon Cloud , creating a cloud instance and configuring the nodes .

CEMoD on HADOOP

This was a Pilot project for Telecom Italia where we showcased the capability of CEM on Hadoop. In this
POC, I was involved in the system bring up, End to End verification for Product. This gave exposure to
customer perception and knowledge on how customer makes use of the KPIs.
Installation and Commissioning of CEMOD 3 on Hadoop .

Product Trainer and Sales:

Involved in 5 Days boot camp held in Warsaw Poland for 8 engineers on the latest
CEMOD tool capabilities and functionality.
Involved in content preparation for CEM on Hadoop Training and Delivery for orange Poland and Orange
Spain Customer for sales Demo.

Backup and Recovery Solution for Oracle 11G database:
I was involved in completely developing a Backup and Recovery solution for oracle 11G DB, This Solution
was developed in 3 weeks of time and Delivered along with CEM2 SP5 release
