Major Areas of Responsibilities Key Performance Indicators Process Management & Sourcing Follow agreed standard global recruitment process or client specific process Follow FS Power of 25 when using SE tool Perform initial and advanced assessment of candidates against defined criteria Proactively review the best sources of potential candidates by function and sector for targeted markets and build into on-going sourcing process and plan. Create & execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements. Achieve KPIs and/or SLAs relevant to client specific agreement Achieve targets for number of qualified candidates in talent pool
Achieve personal/team targets including: sourcing mix, time to
long list, candidate quality (including in short list)
Achieve KPIs and Power of 25 Metrics to FS global recruitment process Candidate Relationship Management Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition to generate interest in the role Manage all candidates effectively throughout recruitment process Develop and maintain relationships and seek referrals of other candidates Manage candidate expectations and ensure timely and constructive feedback Achieve or exceed Candidate Satisfaction levels Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain knowledge of key client organizations in the target countries, monitor and analyse industry changes Conduct interactions with internal clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies Participate in role briefing with client and contribute to sourcing strategy & process Identify potential business opportunities from sourcing conversations with candidates Achieve or exceed targeted Client Satisfaction levels Policy & Procedures Follow documented Futurestep systems/polices/office procedures When on-site Follow documented client systems/policies/office procedures Follow necessary approval/sign-off process for leave, travel, expenses and expenditure Provide information for internal reporting and update systems on timely basis
