INTRODUCTION.
Language is an extremely important way of interacting with the people around us.
We use language to let others know how we feel, what we need, and to ask questions.
Through language we can connect with other people and make sense of our
experiences. Imagine what it must be like for your child to develop these skills that we
take for granted.
The communication skills that your child learns early in life will be the foundation for his
or her communication abilities for the future. Strong language skills are an asset that will
promote a lifetime of effective communication.
Communication is therefore a two-way street, with the recipient of the message playing
as important a role as the sender. Therefore, both speaking and listening are important
for communication to take place.
Modern society, unlike the 90s, be plunging into a continuous update on the job and
educational course, inducing people to meet the new needs to develop in labor camps
and partly cultural. As a reaffirmation of the knowledge acquired during the semester in
the subject "Education Foundations" we have made a field research in order to obtain
data for the preparation of this work.
Learning a new language can be a part of your preparation for college or graduate
school. Being able to speak a foreign language and having experience with a different
culture looks good on any application.
There aren't many situations where language skills are the reason that someone gets
passed over for a promotion, or even just to keep the job. But in an increasingly
competitive job market, why would you not give yourself every possible edge?
We have interviewed Professor Samuel Cayetano, professor of the School of
Languages at the University of Colima, and at the same time, participant in the
coordination of the program for teaching languages in campus of Villa de Alvarez. It has
emerged as a theoretical framework first point, pointing out the most important topics on
the foundation of these educational programs, content, use of external resources, the
axiological context, and, like any institution dedicated to teaching, mission and vision.

MISION AND VISION.

Its mission is always look for the development of humanity to direct it towards a future
full of leaders and people skills enough to build a society with values and skills to
provide the best of them both as people and professionals, but not only people who can
do all those things, also people with lingual abilities, people with something more than
their culture, we call them: multicultural people, also, to contribute to the transformation
of society through the integral formation of students, and committed to the creation in
the application, preservation and dissemination of linguistic knowledge; technological
development and interaction in society, in the institutional framework of transparency
and timely accountability.
For vision it has social responsibility by contributing creatively systemic and equitable,
democratic and sustainable development of the state, the nation and the world.
Capable humans who can speak more than one only language, so they can say: Te
quiero, I love you, Je taime and so on; they can say gracias, thank you and merci, and
at the end, they can help more people and show them even more.
The academic method they used is known as competences which serves as
educational assumptions and paradigms that are supported
All the users have different needs and aspirations on having learned. In the CEI the
users fill these aspirations they agree to what they need. One does not guide them in
the way in which they must study, they choose this way. They allowed to study in the
way that better they prefer, and at the time they prefer.
The course organization
The courses are organized in two periods in different meetings that can be programmed
in different combinations. Those who shape the program are the director of the school
the coordinator the assistant director and a group of specialists in the different areas
offered by the school.
The schedules in extra classes are on Monday's, Wednesday's and Thursday's of 7-9
and 9-11, nevertheless are not established well and to come to several as arrange,
These classes help's the pupils who present problems with the topics exposed in the
curricula, in addition they have complementary activities to help these.
In all the levels it deals with the evaluation to accredit and to verify the acquired
knowledge, though there exist cases where there is no teacher with the ability for
certain levels of languages for what it is necessary to improve the offer in this aspect.
The organ responsible for managing the courses is the CEI which offers graduates in
English, French, and Japanese etc. These are both in Colima and in Villa de Alvarz,

the idea of these centers is that they are totally full and that the pupils grow in them and
improve his capacities of development in the language that they practice
Students desire profile
They hope that all the students graduated with a level of CAE or CPE and to be
developed in a comprehensive manner and receive a certification of satisfactory
language

Our main objective is to contribute to the professional and social development of our
students providing them tools that they can operate. In the morning courses they have
English, French , Japanese as main another few languages.
