INTRODUCTION

Nowadays hollow blocks were the essentials material for making the foundation
and infrastructure strong and have good quality for calamities it will face. The needs of
hollow blocks arise, many choose the idea of making it as business, not only in cities
but also in barangays due to over population, many are using hollow blocks in
concreting their houses and it is cheap also best suit for fast construction. Over
population makes the business of hollow blocks in demand and due to over population,
environment were being destroyed by the hazardous material like plastic used by the
overcrowding people.
Today, plastics are one of the major problem in the community, it arises different
results like land, water and air pollution that cause climate change, different sickness
and cause of harmful materials to life of every human. Due to over population that
makes hazardous material increase. The need of a study to decrease hazardous
material like plastic arise.
In this research will analyze a way to lessen those plastics waste by making it
valuable waste that will add into our product. This product is called Hollow blocks mixed
with plastics, it was an important place in modern building industry and this product
helps also out environment clean.
Also it will analyze the management improvement on part of manpower in terms
of their age, educational attainment and civil status for the improvement of their work
force and quality of the product that they will produce.

SCOPE AND DELIMITATION

This study focused on the improvement of the quality of the hollow blocs by using
of the hazardous plastic material that also makes the hazardous material decrease in
the cleanliness of the environment analysis on the work force quality of the manpower in
terms of age, educational attainment and civil status, in order to improve the efficiency
and quality of the said product.
SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
The result of the study may benefit the following:
First, the result of this study will benefit much the environment due to the use of
plastic waste material as one of the add content in making hollow blocks, by adding this
materials makes this hazardous material decrease and helps clean the environment.
Second, the people will have a new opportunity to have a new opportunity to
have a job by the use of manpower also give deeper insight on the quality and
improvement on manpower work in terms of age, educational attainment and civil status
for efficiency of work and cooperation among a group.
Third, the government and people governed by it will experience a good, high
quality, improve and eco-friendly hollow blocks by the result of this study and
opportunity by giving legal amount of tax to the government for the improvement of the
economy.

Last, the reader will have an idea of better decision of using his blocks by the
quality and improvement of mixing plastic material in to the blocks and also the reader
will have deeper insight of taking good care for the environment.
