This is my montage of Christ and some missionaries.
Date: Saturday, October 24, 2015
Course: Comm 130
Instructor: Brother Stucki
Objectives I wanted to get the message across that we
should always be happy because Christ is on our side.
as for the class the main intent was to use photoshop to
blend multiple photos so that they appeared as one.
Process (Programs, Tools, Skills, Steps taken while designing): I first created a sketch and I got
inspiration from some of the pictures that I found
online. I then used photoshop to create this montage. I
had to use masking in order to blend in the two
pictures to look like they were one.

This is my Flier of Graduate Leadership Conference.
Date: October 3rd 2015
Course: Comm 130
Instructor: Brother Stucki
Objectives: I wanted to present a clear message about
what the conference was going to be about. I wanted
to make sure I used white space effectively and I didnt
want to make it complicated. This was my first foray into
Adobe InDesign so its pretty basic, but I really liked the
way that it came out.
Process: The first step into anything is to make a sketch.
I then planned out how I was going to say it and what
was going to be my first step. I then made created the
boxes that you see. I also made sure to link the photos to
the page. I had to make sure that my spacing was even
and correct. I used gradient tool to make sure there was
some pizzazz in the corners.

These are the logos I made for the Highlight Sports
Agency
Date: October 31st 2015
Course: Comm 130
Instructor: Brother Stucki
Objective: I wanted to paint a clear picture of what the
Highlight Sports Agency was all about. That is Highlights and money. I wanted to make it clear to prospective customers that if you signed with Highlight Sports
that you were the best of the best.
Process: So I first used adobe Illustrator to create my
logos. I used some sketches that I had and then I created the logos and had my friends tell me which ones
they liked. It took hours to make sure I colored the right
parts as I wanted the lines to be precise. I used a photo and I took my time looking at it and making a rough
outline of the players.

This is the webpage I made using my Logo.
Date: November 21st 2015
Course: Comm 130
Instructor: Brother Stucki
Objective: I wanted to create a website that was simple
and easy enough to navigate and clearly stated what the
mission was. I think the website did a good job of using
the logo and making the website desirable.
Process: I first needed to learn html coding and then
once I had mastered that and gotten the paragraph
layout the way that I had wanted I was able to do some
css coding that allowed me to put some color onto the
web page.

This is the event ad that I created using Microsoft Word
Date: October 10th 2015
Course: Comm 130
Instructor: Brother Stucki
Objective: I like simplicity so I made the event ad pretty
simple. I wanted the people of Wisconsin to be able to
meet Eddie Lacey.
Process: I first had to find a picture of Eddie Lacey, and I
did in Sports Illustrated. I then scanned the picture and
used Microsoft Word to create the Event Ad. I wanted to
make sure I had a good color scheme to compliment the
picture.

Cleaning Company.
Date: November 6th 2015

Instructor: Brother Stucki
Objective: I wanted to make the cards show something
that the Carpet Cleaners did. At the same time I wanted
to be able to have my info in a concise area.
Process: I went back to adobe Illustrator to create my
logos. I followed the design that I had sketched out and
made a design that was easy to understand.

the stationary simple and effective.

This is the imaging I did for the class.
Date: October 17th 2015
Course: Comm 130
Instructor: Brother Stucki
Objective: I wanted to show the importance of looking
nice while playing basketball. I also wanted to use split
complementary in this project.
Process: I first came up with an idea. Then I went and
took several photos and uploaded the image to
photoshop. I then used photo shop to make the
background grey. I used the masking feature several
times. I then highlighted the colors and I did have to
change them a little bit to get exactly what I needed and
wanted.

This is the brochure I made for a Pest Control Company.
Date: December 5th 2015
Course: Comm 130
Instructor: Brother Stucki
Objective: To provide the users of the Pest Control
company a brochure that would tell them about the basic features of the service.
Process: I wrote out what I wanted on the paragraphs.
Then I went to Adobe Illustrator and created a logo for
the company. Then I took several pictures and inserted them into the brochure. The next thing I did was to
bend the paragraphs around the pictures. I clipped some
of the pictures in photoshop so I could do the bending
easier.
