Guidelines:
1. Use either Internet Explorer (version 7), Mozilla Firefox (version 2) and Opera (version 9)
browser to access BNRS.
2. Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 5 or higher) should be installed in the computer to open PDF
(Portable Document Format) file.
3. Common functionalities and features per page are discussed in its first occurrence.
4. Applies only to those with GCash-activated Globe mobile phones with sufficient air-time load
and funds enough to cover the transaction and application costs.
5. Confirmation message for payment will be received in the mobile number and displayed on
the computer screen. Confirmation message depends on the status of the mobile wallet.

from the Menu.

a. Enter the 11-digit GCash Mobile Number.
b. Click the Continue button to proceed. A
corresponding text message will be sent to the
mobile number requesting for the entry of the 4digit Mobile Personal Identification Number
(MPIN). Failure to reply within 5 minutes will
cancel the transaction.

Legend:
1. Indicates that the transaction is unsuccessful.
The following scenarios will result to
unsuccessful transactions:
Mobile number entered is not a Globe
Telecom mobile number.
Mobile number entered is not enrolled for
GCash payment facility.
GCash wallet is insufficient to pay for the
required amount.
GCash ready mobile number is blacklisted
by Globe Telecom.
GCash ready mobile number is stopped by
either subscriber or Globe Telecom.
Reply of GCash MPIN is beyond the allotted
5 minute system transaction period.
Incorrect MPIN.
