CHS STRUCTURAL KIT CONTENTS:

1. EXTERIOR WALL PANELS

Sill Plates 4” 16 to 14 gauge galvanized steel. Sill washers 3” diameter ¼” thick spaced 3 feet
apart around the perimeter. Steel frame structure 4” x 18 gauge studs galvanized screwed
together with No. 10 screws x 5/8 all connections (zinc plated corrosion resistant).
Shear board with all necessary screws and hardware and electrical holes pre-punched, ready
for electricity in the panel. Ready for fiber cement or drywall in interior walls at job site.

OPTION: Insulation for Exterior Wall Panels

2. INTERIOR WALLS
Steel framed structure 4” x 18 gauge galvanized screwed together with No. 10 plated screws x
5/8 at all connection (zinc plated corrosion resistant screws) with all electrical holes pre-
punched ready for electrical and wall/fiber cement or drywall at the job site.

3. UTILITY PANELS
Steel framed structure 6” x 18 gauge galvanized screwed together with No.
10 screws x 5/8 at all connection (zinc plated corrosion resistant screws) with all electrical
holes pre-punched ready for electrical. These walls are the utility plumbing core with all
rough plumbing in the core. Add interior fiber cement or drywall board to the wall at the job
site.

4. TRUSSES AND LOAD BEAMS

Steel trusses 4” x 16 to 18 gauge galvanized screwed together with No. 10 screws x 5/8 at all
connections (zinc plated corrosion resistant screws). All hardware and brackets.

6. ROOF PANELS
4” X 18 gauge galvanized steel screwed together with No. 10 screws x 5/8 at all connections
(zinc plated corrosion resistant screws). Ready to install Thermal
Shield Panel on the roof at the job site. Ready for finished roofing materials – Met-Tile
Roofing. Ready for drywall or fiber cement board for interior ceiling at job site.

7. DROP CEILING
All drop ceiling rafters 4” x 20 gauge galvanized steel screwed together with No. 10 screws 5/8
at all connections (zinc plated corrosion resistant screws). All hardware 18 and 20 gauges for
drop ceilings. Ready to install Drywall or fiber cement board.

8. HARDWARE
All straps brackets angles and L brackets 20 and 18 gauge galvanized steel. Assortment of
screws for assembly of the structure have all the structural approval according to the Uniform
Building Code in the United States.

9. ENGINEERING
These houses will have full structural engineering in the United States. The structural
calculations will meet seismic 4 earthquake zone and wind loads. Ready to work with your
corresponding engineers in your country.

10. CONTAINER LOADING (SEE NOTE)

CHS will load container at CHS’ plant with your representatives monitoring the loading of the
unit, and their signature confirming contents in the containers.
