essentially,meansthatsheaddsthelevelofdivinediscipletothelevelofwhateverotherdivinespellcastingclassthe
characterhas,thendeterminesspellsperdayaccordingly.
Ifacharacterhadmorethanonedivinespellcastingclassbeforeshebecameadivinedisciple,shemustdecidetowhich
classsheaddseachlevelofdivinediscipleforthepurposeofdeterminingspellsperday.
NewDomain:Thedivinedisciplemaychooseanewdomainfromherdeity'savailabledomains.Thedivinedisciple
receivesthedomain'sgrantedpowerandmaychoosethedomain'sspellsasdomainspells.(Thedisciplenowhasthree
choiceseachlevelfordomainspellsinsteadoftwo.)
DivineEmissary:Divinedisciplescantelepathicallycommunicatewithanyoutsiderwithin60feet,aslongasthat
outsiderservesthedisciple'sdeityorhasthesamealignmentasthedisciple.
SacredDefense:Addthisvalue(+1at2ndlevel,+2at4thlevel)tothedivinedisciple'ssavingthrowsagainstdivine
spells,aswellasthespelllikeandsupernaturalabilitiesofoutsiders.
ImbueWithSpellAbility(Sp):Asthespell,exceptadivinediscipledoesnotneedtouseany4thlevel(orhigher)spell
slotstoactivatethisability.(Shetransferscurrentlypreparedspellstohertargetsonaoneforonebasiswithouthavingto
useaspellslotfortheimbuewithspellabilityspell.)Theonlylimittothenumberofspellsthedivinedisciplecan
transferisthedisciple'savailable1stand2ndlevelspells.
Transcendence:Thedivinedisciple,throughlongassociationwithherdeity'soutsiderservantsanddirectintervention
byherdeity,transcendshermortalformandbecomesadivinecreature.Hertypechangestooutsider,whichmeansthat
sheacquiressomeimmunitiesandvulnerabilitiesbasedonhertype(seeNativeOutsider,undertheplanetouchedrace
description).Asafreeactionshecanwardherselfwithaprotectionfromchaos/evil/good/lawspell/(Shechooseswhich
formtohavewhenshegainsthetranscendencepowerandcannotchangeitthereafter.
Uponachievingtranscendence,thedivinedisciple'sappearanceusuallyundergoesaminorphysicalchangeappropriateto
heralignmentanddeity.Forexample,theeyesofadiscipleofLathander,theMorninglord,mightchangetoglowing
gold.Anyonewhosharesthedisciple'spatron,includingoutsiderservantsofherpatron,immediatelyrecognizeher
transcendentnature,andshegainsa+2bonusonallCharismabasedskillandabilitychecksinregardtothesecreatures.
