SELLER

postal address at Lot 23 Blk C. Sampaguita St., Progressive 3 Village, Molino 1,
Bacoor, Cavite, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER
Witnesseth: That
1. The SELLER is the absolute and registered owner of fee simple of a residential
parcel of land situated at the City of Bacoor, Cavite, more particularly described
as follows, to wit:
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE

portion of Lot 26, PSD-04-01597, LRC Rec. No.), situated in the Bo. of
San Nicolas, Municipality of Bacoor, Prov. of Cavite. Bounded on the SE.,
along line 1-2 by Lot 26-B of the subd. Plan; on the SW., along line 2-3
by Lot 25 (Felipe Mitzi & Aritalla Barbasa); on the NW., along line 3-4 by
Lot 43 (existing road 5.00 M. wide), both of PSD-04-015917; on the NE.,
along line 4-1 by Lot 27, PSD-04-015917 (Efifania Reyes). Beginning at a
Pt. marked 1 on the plan, being S. 30 deg. 52W 556.14M. from Mon.
