Our Vision for the Campus.

In the beginning there was a dream.

Our Vision for the Campus

As I walk into my workplace I want to see an

organization with no silos, lots of space to connect and

collaborate, an office that brings the best out of me. I
want to see a space where I can relax, play a game of
badminton and then go home.
One of our dreamers

We hope to create a much better working

environment, to put together everybody who works in

India into one single campus that allows people to truly
excel.

Environment sensitivities
Green Building Initiatives

Earth
Solar radiation has been reduced by covering exposed slabs
with greenery. 6,000 sq.mt. of green cover against a statutory
requirement of 2,500 sq.mt. creates a vast green cover.

Air
12% saving in energy consumption through well designed systems
and building elements. Air-conditioning systems have a variable air
volume valve that can be adjusted. AHUs have variable
speed options.

Water
25% saving in water usage through 100% recycling of treated
effluents, rainwater harvesting and zero wastage of water, through
use of sensors and dual flush systems.

Fire
Optimization of wall to glass ratio and use of low E double glass
unit in the front facade helps in reducing heat load in the building
and lessens energy consumption.
