– Customer Satisfaction research goes back
to 1970’s
– Research proposed the need to develop
measuring instruments
– In 1989, Sweden build the Swedish
Customer Satisfaction Barometer (SCSB)
– In 1994, American Customer Satisfaction
Index (ACSI)
