1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Pheladelfia Agricultural Company where we strive to provide the highest
exceptional quality of landscape services and nursery stock available to our customers
to ensure their satisfaction. We believe that this is best accomplished through the
cultivation of our talented employees, who are the greatest asset of this organization.
Pheladelfia started in Abu Dhabi in 2005 as nursery for plant production. Since then, we
put our effort to provide full range of services for our clients starting with design to
execution and continuing with maintenance.

PHILOSOPHY
Pheladelfia Design/Build is a full service Landscape Design and Installation Company
located in Abu Dhabi. We have been serving Residential, Commercial and Institutional
clients in the United Arab Emirates since 2005.
The company success is due largely to the fact that we are able to serve our clients
from the very beginning of a project through all phases of design, planning, construction
and maintenance to insure the design vision is achieved and sustained.
The philosophy we follow on every project is virtually identical. Design and construct
ecologically sensitive and functional outdoor living spaces. What we mean by this is
quite simple; the relationship between people and the environment should be simply
what we are stating a relationship. It is our goal to provide a unified and balanced
relationship between people and the environment while achieving the needs and
desires of each entity.
Whats more, we can install an irrigation system, put up retaining walls, design attractive
driveways, walkways or patios, and develop a maintenance program specifically for

accommodate any yard or garden. We accommodate residential villas, commercial or
institutional areas. Whether your design needs are small or large, or we also provide

4.1 Landscaping Concept Design

Pheladelfia has the ability to offer their clients design services for a wide scope of
projects from smaller private residential landscapes and gardens to large scale
development projects such as community parks, subdivisions and Institutional projects.

investment in new landscape with the need for irrigation is an absolute necessity and
part of maintenance.

Water management offers viable solutions for the drought, including certified water
audits, irrigation system renovations, ET controllers. Our water management solutions
are guaranteed to cut water consumption by up to 50%.

4.5 PHELADELFIA AGRICULTURAL NURSERY

Pheladelfia nursery started in 2004 with over 1.5 million square feet in UAE, Egypt and
Thailand now. Our huge nursery farm and greenhouse is located in Abu Dhabi, where
plants and trees are propagated and grown to usable sizes. Since then, our philosophy
to grow wide selection of plants which are most adapted to UAE climate and try to
introduce more plant species in the entire United Arab Emirates and to the other
countries.
In addition to plant growing, we started the plants trading domain through which we
concentrated on the highest quality of plants with the minimum time frame to meet the
clients targets.
We have mass production capabilities with highly skilled and well trained nursery staff
for huge contract requirements with limited time frame.
We accommodate retail nurseries who sells to the general public, wholesale nurseries
that sell only to businesses such as other nurseries and to commercial gardeners, adn
private nurseries that supply the needs of institutions or private estates.
