Territory Management
Grow & protect On Premise accounts in the related region. Permanent analysis of
the territory and account specific business to find opportunities and to drive
distribution.

1. Perfect Serve: Ensure a cold Red Bull can is given to consumer when ordered as
part of a mixer or as a stand-alone beverage.
2. Perfect Visibility: Stages perfect visibility in order to optimize sales.
3. Consumption Activation: Sells in appropriate consumption activation tools and
communication pieces.
4. Right Price: Encourage the optimum price for Red Bull and Red Bull products in
all managed accounts as per international guidelines.
5. Menu placements: Ensures Red Bull products are listed as per international
guidelines on each menu as a stand-alone beverage and as part of a long drink.

Past experience:
Candidates who currently work in the On Premise industry (Bacardi, Heineken,
etc ) should not be hired. Exception should not be more than 1 out of 10 hired
Musketeers and should not have more than 1 year experience in the On Premise.
The concern is burnout and old habits that are hard to break.
Hiring for the future:
1 out of every 4 Musketeers should have the characteristics of a future Manager.
Examples include education, past manager experience, skills, etc. There is not
entitlement to promotion and this should not be discussed with others. Hiring
salary may be higher for these candidates in order to entice.
Clear Expectations:
Candidates should be notified during the interview process the career span of a
Musketeer should be limited to 4 years. No automatic right to promotion.
Candidates should seek outside Musketeer role alternatives internal and external.

Process:
Utilize benchmarking to when interviewing candidates (recommend a minimum
of 5 candidates).
First Interview: HR, ROPM and 1 Musketeer involved in the interview process .
Second Interview: NOPM and ROPM.
Integrate Role Plays in the interview process.
Structure pre hire work as part of interview process to help ensure clear
understanding of the role and observation/evaluation of candidates
comfort/interaction/social skills in the on premise environment.
