Dear Madam ,

To load the projects data in BI, we are first downloading entire projects data from R/3 into CSV files.
For that we scheduled background program execution in R/3 on 1st and 2nd of every month.
As day by day projects data volume goes on increasing, program execution couldt successful due to
runtime error.
Because of which we can load the projects data in BI.

Starting with above discussion, we arrived at following points in Meeting Dated 11.11.2013 [ Prachi
Karnik, Chetna Gudhekar, Ratana Palit]

To get the reports till Sep 2013 we have to split entire projects data into three variants and need to
schedul the programs for background execution.
we will follow this process till the logic mentioned in point 2 get developed.

Henceforth PS data upload will done with following logic.

a We will upload all projects created from two years prior to current year till current
month & year i.e. for Nov 2013 we will load all projects created within Nov 2011 to Nov
2013.
b

In second Part we will load those projects created before two years prior to current year
with following logic,
1 Projects with status Unteco
2 Projects Teco within current month.

Dear madam,
Due to projects data volume issue,
while downloading the data from R/3, We need to split the projects from T/05144.01 to till date
into three variants and
request for background job execution.

To do this we need solman message so please raise the new solman issue to assign to basis team.

Dear Ms. Chetna,

First two points are OK except following point,

TECHO is balance for some of project in a range of T/05144.01 to

T/05294.02 , for example project T/05175.01,T/05175.02, T/0571.01,
T/05272.01 etc.
Take care of such a project so that if any transaction happens in this projects
, same should get reflected in BI report.

Please confirm time, date , Place , participates & agenda of meeting

Regards,
Prachi

Dear Madam,

As per trailing mail Currently we are going with:

Projects from range T/05144.01 to T/05294.02 made within 2008-11 will be

uploaded In BI for only one time.
Projects from T/05299.01 to till date will be uploaded on monthly basis .
Can we have a meeting so that can completely understand TECHO Logic
and can avoid such a inconvenience in future?

Please confirm.

Regards,
Chetna Gudhekar.

Dear Chetna,
We are mainly using following BI reports.

Order Booking for a month

UEOB report
Production variance report
Reports related to Cycle time & timeliness of project
Project performance as per activity confirmation.

Please Note that once project status become TECHO project data is not going to
change.

I suggest that we can upload data from year 2011 to current month i.e. from two
years prior to current year till current month & year.

Dear Madam ,

As we are loading the Entire Projects data in BI on monthly basis, Due to huge data volume system is
throwing runtime error while downloading data from R/3 and carrying unnecessary burden.

Can you suggest which project range is not going to be changed in future so that we can upload that one
time in the BI and rest of the projects will be uploaded on monthly basis.

Please confirm to go ahead.

Chetna Gudhekar
