Focus Camera got my emailed cancellations on October 19, 2015 at 10:52 AM, 11:00 AM and
11:02 AM responded three times, at 10:52 AM; 11:00 AM, and 11:02 PM, see Exhibit 10.

Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, and Sukkoth are religious holidays (Jewish). Because the three
religious holidays claimed by Focus Camera were over by October 19, 2015, I concluded that
Focus Camera is a fraud, and fraudulently invoked three religious holidays in this matter. I
believe Focus Camera, et al, engaged in anti-Semitism by knowingly misusing three Jewish
religious holidays to perpetuate a fraud in combination with Amazon and Synchrony Bank.

Cancel my Amazon account. Your vendor Focus Camera cannot respond to my emails
because of a number of Jewish holidays, according to their automated responses. The last
such religious holiday, Sukkoth, ended October 7, 2015 according to their automated
response. That was almost two weeks ago. I entered this transaction with a business, not a
religion. Heck, Im not even Jewish. So I cannot observe these religious holidays as part
of a business transaction. In order to assure Order: 112-6608819-8161000 is canceled, I
am closing my Amazon account. I have no faith whatsoever in Amazon resolving this
matter.
There is currently $190.11 due me on an Amazon gift card that Amazon refuses to
refund. Amazon says I will loose the $190.11 gift card balance once my Amazon account
is closed. I object to that policy. I purchased the Amazon gift cards at Lowes, on a
Lowes credit card. I was told by Amazon to dispute the $190.11 gift card balance
amount through the Lowes credit card, which is offered through Synchrony Bank, same
as the Amazon credit card. Fine. I also closed my Amazon credit card today. I will
probably close my Lowes credit card also.

This is James from Amazon. I want to make sure that closing your Amazon.com account
won't cause problems with any open transactions or other websites you might visit.
Here are some things to keep in mind:
-- If you use your Amazon.com log-in on other sites (e.g., MYHABIT.com, Audible.com,
international Amazon sites except for Amazon.cn/ and Amazon.co.jp, etc.), you'll also
lose access to those accounts.
-- If you've placed orders on AmazonLocal, you'll no longer have access to your
vouchers.
-- Any open orders you have will be canceled.

because the Amazon employee kept lowering the call volume.
Oct-20-2015 7:20 AM called Amazon, eventually spoke w/Jasmine, said she would contact
Focus Camera to cancel the order. Jasmine sent me email to cancel my Amazon account.
Oct-20-2015 7:31 AM called Amazon, eventually spoke w/James about email from Jasmine;
canceled order #112-0323205-3617807 for New Balance shoes paid with Amazon gift card
($123) not shipped; closed Amazon account; closure will automatically cancel all open orders;
closure will forfeit $200 Amazon gift cards bought at Lowes Center on Lowes/Synchrony Bank
store card. Discussed Focus Cameras misuse of religious holiday excuse to avoid responding to
email. James said Amazon emailed Focus Camera to cancel, and if the binoculars ship anyway,
Amazon would make a A to Z guarantee on my behalf. James made a personal suggestion to
dispute the $200 charge with Lowes for the $200 Amazon gift cards that were forfeited.

front gate; UPS to call back in one hour to confirm return to sender.
Oct-20-2015 5:08 PM called UPS spoke with Camille about UPS My Choice email that said I
received the package. Did not see UPS driver or package, sign on locked gate, delivery refused.

said the order was not canceled; Charlotte said there was still a chance to return the binoculars,
and instructed me to print out a return label; Charlotte said the transaction went through, and was
a valid transaction; Charlotte repeatedly asked me to return the item; Charlotte stopped talking.

UPS is a company where I have maintained a shipping account in good standing since 2012.
Oct-20-2015 10:15 AM I called UPS customer service to cancel/refuse the Amazon shipment. I put
a sign (Exhibit 17) on my locked front gate, with a UPS My Choice tracking detail note attached:

OK RTS. The front and rear gates to my stucco-block walled courtyard are always locked.

got that said I received the package. I did not see the UPS driver or package, and I had left a sign

package was not delivered, and said there was an exception marked package refused/returned
to sender. See Exhibit 20, exception 10/20/2015 1:28 P.M. The receiver does not want the
product and refused the delivery. The exception shows as a bright yellow banner near the top
of the UPS tracking detail page for # 1ZA86T96131380176. Exhibit 20.

reseller. Unfortunately, we are not able to resolve purchase issues encountered with
Amazon...We will contact Amazon regarding this incorrect listing and report it as a
counterfeit. I recommend that you place a complaint directly with them about this issue.

I have another Lowes Home Centers / Synchrony Bank store credit card acct. # 819 2610
124801 6 not part of this dispute. I also voluntarily closed that account. It had a $700 limit.
Lowes / Synchrony Bank Credit Card Purchases Dispute Rules
Your Rights If You Are Dissatisfied With Your Credit Card Purchases
If you are dissatisfied with the goods or services that you have purchased with your credit card,
and you have tried in good faith to correct problem with the merchant, you may have the right
not to pay the remaining amount due on the purchase.
To use this right, all of the following must be true:
1. The purchase must have been made in your home state or within 100 miles of your
current mailing address, and the purchase price must have been more than $50. (Note:
Neither of these are necessary if your purchase was based on an advertisement we mailed
10 you, or if we own the company that sold you the goods or services.)
2. You must have used your credit card for the purchase. Purchases made with cash
advances from an ATM or wtth a check that accesses your credit card account do not
qualify.
3. You must not yet have fully paid for the purchase.

While we investigate, the same rules apply to the disputed amount as discussed above. After we
finish our investigation, we will tell you our decision. At that point, if we think you owe an
amount and you do not pay we may report you as delinquent.
Amazon abuse of workers
In a story for Mother Jones, I Was A Warehouse Wage Slave, author Mac McClelland reported
abuse of workers by Amazon at one of its fulfillment warehouses, Amalgamated Product Giant
Shipping Worldwide Inc. This is one of a number of Amazon worker abuse reports found online.

NEW YORK The World Jewish Congress demanded that Amazon.com remove from its
website books that deny the Holocaust and promote anti-Semitism and white supremacy.

In the past I closed Amazon online accounts as a dissatisfied consumer. But due to Amazons
dominance, I reluctantly opened a new Amazon account as a last resort to make a purchase.
On information and belief, Amazon, Synchrony Bank, and Focus Camera, have combined in
restraint of free trade prohibited by the Sherman Antitrust Act, 15 U.S.C. 1-7.

The U.S. district courts have jurisdiction, and the U.S. Attorneys a duty, under the direction of
the Attorney General, and 15 U.S. Code 4, to enforce the Sherman Antitrust Act:

Conclusion
Amazon, Synchrony Bank, and Focus Camera will stop at nothing in their rapacious and

It has come to our attention that Amazon.com is selling books that deny the Holocaust and promote anti-Semitism and
white supremacy. According to reports and our own investigation, these materials are even available to customers in
countries such as France, Germany and Austria, where Holocaust denial is a crime and such texts are banned.
Amazons own policy on offensive materials states: What we deem offensive is probably about what you would expect.
This includes items such as crime-scene photos or human organs and body parts. Amazon.com reserves the right to
determine the appropriateness of items sold on our site. Also, be aware of cultural differences and sensitivities. Some
items may be acceptable in one country, but unacceptable in another. Please keep in mind our global community of

No one should profit from the sale of such vile and offensive hate literature. Many Holocaust survivors are deeply
