Partners For Transparency issues the fifth report for the "Corruption Logbook"
90 corruption incidents in November and the Ministry of Supply in the lead
90% of the observed incidents are under investigation at the competent authorities

Partners For Transparency (PFT) Issued its fifth monthly report of the "Corruption
Logbook" series covering the period between( 01-30) November 2015, the report
issuance comes in conjunction with the International Anticorruption Day (9
December), where the Foundation launched since the beginning of July 2015 an
observatory to track corruption incidents revealed by media, and concerned oversight
and investigation authorities, along with following the state actions concerned with the
cases.
The report indicated the continuity of holding awareness events associated with the state
strategy to fight corruption, against the absence of relative legislative procedures, on the
facts level, 90 corruption incidents were observed by a 50% increase of the observed
incidents in October.
The report revealed that the Ministry of Supply took the lead between the sectors
witnessing corruption incidents in November by 36 incidents, followed by the Ministry
of Communication and the Ministry of Health by 5 incidents for each.
Regarding the judicial position for the observed facts, the report indicated that the underinvestigation cases came in the first place between the November 2015 incidents by 70
incidents, followed by the incidents under-trial by 10 incidents, then came the incidents
that were not investigated by 9 incidents, and finally the incidents that have been

possession of the competent judicial authorities.
