When teacher come in :

Queue up before enter the laboratory
Be punctual
Stand up, give salam and wish
Recite the doa
Keep your area clean and organized
Must have ONLY Science text book, SPS book, note book and stationary on
the table
(other books are STRICTLY PROHIBITED)
During lesson :
Eyes are watching
Ears are listening
Mouth is quiet
One person talks at a time
I will respect teacher and friends
I will pay full attention
I will follow teacher's instruction
I will stay in my assigned seat
I will not bother others who are learning
I will finish my work on time
I will use kind words to others
I will work and discuss idea together
I will raise my hand and stand up to talk/answer/ask
I will ask teacher's permission/pass before go out
I will always do my best
If you choose to break a RULE, you will earn a consequence :
1st time : oral warning (yellow sticker)
2nd time : in-class time out / change of seat (orange sticker)
3rd time : letter to parents and student-teacher conference (pink sticker)
4th time : office referral (red sticker)
Rewards :
Daily stars (2 stars daily)
Special certificate (monthly)
Gift (end of the year)
