Validate Your Niche


Validate your niche before you spend money by talking to prospects (Minimum 1
single person every single day, live, and ask them about their problems or how
they solve their problems and go to places where you believe they go because
they need help and ask them about their problems)

Validate your Idea


Engineering Ques+on: Can you create breakthrough technology instead of
incremental improvement?

Timing Ques+on: Is now the right to start your par<cular business?

Monopoly Ques+on: Are you star<ng with a big share or small share of
market?

People Ques+on: Do you have the right team?

Distribu(on Ques(on: Do you have a way not just create but deliver your
product?

Tip 1: If you have inveted something new but havent inveted an eec;ve way to sell it you have a
bad business - no ma>er how good is the product.
Tip 2: If you can get one distribu;on channel to work you have a great business. If you try for several
but you dont have one, you are nished.
