Provider. The Provider will inform the
Complainant of this and the Complaint
shall be considered withdrawn.

The proceeding will commence when the Respondent is considered to
have received the Complaint from the Provider

Once the Panel is formed,


the Provider will inform the
Parties of the names of the
three member Panel

If at anytime after the Panel is appointed:


(i) the Complainant withdraws the
Complaint, the Complainant must inform the
Panel and supply the Panel with letter of
withdrawal and thereafter, the Panel will
terminate the Proceeding
(ii) the Panel finds that it is unnecessary or
impossible to continue with the Proceeding,
the Panel will terminate the Proceeding (if
no objection are raised by the Parties)
For the purpose of (i) above, if the
Complainant withdraws the Complaint before
the Panel is appointed, the Complainant
must inform the Provider
accordingly

The Panel's decision must be


in writing and must state the
reasons on which the Panel's
decision is based, the date of
the decision and the names of
