If the Provider finds that Complaint is incomplete or not in
accordance with the Policy & Rules, it will notify the Complainant.
The Complainant has 5 WORKING DAYS to rectify the Complaint

Complaint or amend it to be in compliance

days or where the payment of the Fees is
not made, the Complaint shall be
considered withdrawn

The proceeding will commence when the Respondent is considered to
have received the Complaint from the Provider
