Oxal: Greetings in the Light, my friends, I am Oxal.
As Athens has just told you we have a little surprise for
you tonight. Perhaps it will not be so much of a surprise
to most of you there, as we see you have practically all
new people. But to the instrument and his mate at least
we can call it a surprise.
We have one aboard our craft tonight who has spoken
to you before. Since he was with us at this time we
thought we would give him the opportunity to again
speak with you. We had intended to bring him through
at your last meeting, but our contact was spoiled by
interference. So tonight, since our contact is good and
he is still with us, I will give you our dear friend and
brother, Mong Ling. I now step aside.
Mong Ling: Greetings to you there at Center R, Mong
Ling here.
It is my privilege and pleasure to again have the
opportunity to speak with you. Since those among you
are mostly new at this time, I will tell you that I am from
the Planet Venus. We upon Venus are very much
interested in the planet Earth and in helping your
planet. We have a great love for both your planet and
its people, for most of us upon Venus were dwellers on
planet Earth at one time or another. Venus is the next
step from Earth as those of your planet finish and
graduate from your schoolroom and move on to our
planet.
We of Venus are still of a physical nature. We have
physical bodies, but they are somewhat different from
those of planet Earth. Since our environment here is
different, it would naturally require a different body
structure. Also, our bodies are of a finer vibration and
structure. They vibrate at a different rate and would not
come within the spectrum of your physical sight. So in
many respects our physical bodies are different, yet
they are similar in most ways.
To those who could view us, we would look much the
same as do you. We have learned to overcome and
master the physical. We can lay it down and pick it up
at will. We can travel without it and we often do. Many
of us come to your planet on occasions and leave our
physical bodies at home. Many of us are among you

now. We have taken up a physical body that is

adaptable to your planets atmosphere and gravity. So
you see we are among you as are many others from
other planets, doing what we can to help planet Earth
prepare for the transition that it is about to go through.
Our whole solar system is moving into a new area of
space. The vibrations of your planet and its people are
in the process of change. This does not only apply to
your planet but rather to your whole solar system. Our
planet is also going through a transition, but we know
and understand what is happening and are preparing
for the change. Your planet, by and large, is not aware
of this great change and therefore is not prepared.
A great negative cloud encompasses planet Earth, an
etheric cloud that has been created through the years
by the negativity rising from your planet. Therefore,
there are those from other planets who have come to
help in every way that they can to ease this situation
and to make the transition more orderly. Many things
will happen that your people have not prepared for
which will bring about great turmoil and panic. The
transition is going to involve a much greater change
than most of your people think or realize.
It is stated in your scriptures that your Earth will stagger
like a drunkard in this change and that you will have a
new Heaven and a new Earth. This, my friends, is
literally true, for in the New Age yours will be a binary
sun system and as the change takes place and this sun
moves into your system, your whole solar system will
change. The planets will shift to new locations around
the magnetic center of your solar system. In fact, the
magnetic center will change and you will have two
suns. I should say we will have two suns because our
planet is a part of your system and will be affected also.
But we know what is going to happen and we are
prepared and shall have no problems.
We are doing all that we can to help planet Earth in this
transition. Many of your people will not be able to make
the transition into the New Age for they have not
evolved far enough to be able to live in the new
vibration that our solar system will be exposed to.
Those who remain with planet Earth in the New Age
will also have a different physical body of a finer nature.
They will have a greater brain capacity. They will be
able to understand many things that they have not

been able to in your present civilization, for they have
not had the capacity to do so.
A whole new world will open for those of planet Earth
who have evolved enough to move into the New Age
with their planet. They will live under Universal Law, not
man-made laws. They will understand the importance
of living by Universal Law and the importance of the
Brotherhood of Man. They will understand why the
Golden Rule, as you call it, must be lived if man is to
survive. This has been the downfall of every civilization
that has come and gone upon your planet. It is hoped
that this will not creep in again in the new civilization
that is to come.
There is much for Earth man to learn and accomplish.
He will now have the capacity to do so. We of Planet
Venus and those who have come from other planets in
your system and from other systems are here to assist
in the transition of planet Earth and our solar system.
None will be lost. All will be taken care of and those
who cannot qualify to move on with planet Earth will be
taken to another solar system and placed upon a
planet there that will suit their stage of evolution and
they will be allowed to move on from there. All men
must at one time or another reach the goal of mankind.
I have said enough. It has been my pleasure and joy to
again have this opportunity to speak to you. May the
Blessings and Peace of all the Great Ones be invoked
upon each of you at this time.
