UNDERSTANDING SIGMAs QMS.
The goal of Sigmas QMS is to enhance our Customers overall satisfaction through effective
application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the
assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements.
The Companys QMS is supported by procedures and guidance contained in four (4) key

Another important aspect of your responsibilities is to understand how to develop and process
continual improvements that are consistent with Sigmas Quality Policy and objectives that are
provided in our Quality Manual. All the referenced manuals are available for review (and
download) on the Companys intranet website.
