2. Passport sized photo with white background
3. Employment Certificate ( 2 years experience start date should be duly
noted to avoid resubmission.)
4. Red Ribbon TOR and Diploma; CAV
5. PRC ID
6. Certificate of Good Standing from PRC (Only 3months validity)

TO PROCESS DATAFLOW:
1. Create email account solely for the purpose of Dataflow and HAAD
application
2. Application type and Sponsorship Information
---- If you dont have an employer, download the attached file and
upload again. Do not fill up anything
3. Personal Details fill up all the information needed
4. Educational Qualification
Upload TOR and College Diploma
5. License Information upload front and back part of PRC ID, Certificate of
Good Standing
6. Professional Experience Details upload Certificate of Employment
7. Letter of Authorization download the attached file, fill up the information,
and then upload
8. Security Clearance / CID Form / Staff Data Form download the file, fill up all
information, and upload (do not leave anything blank)
9. Documents checklist upload the Certification, Authentication, and
Verification form
10.Review of Application make sure that everything is uploaded
11.Application Submission payment through credit card the amount of 960
AED. You will receive confirmatory mail once payment has been done
*** In my case, it took 2 months to finish dataflow. Dataflow will call school,
PRC, and employment to verify your documents.
After everything is verified by Dataflow, HAAD will email you new Username and
Password for the HAAD website.

Check that everything has been transferred by Dataflow to your HAAD account. If
not, upload all the missing documents. Download your Dataflow report and upload it
as well on your HAAD account.
Submit.
*** It can take as long as 4 weeks for it to be finished. Mine took only around 5
days.***
HAAD will email you again if you have been approved for examination.
Wait for the exam payment date to start to book for your exam, you can start
scheduling for your exam at 8am of the start date and until 11:59pm of the end
date, UAE time (GMT +4). Schedule of exams can be found on the HAAD website.
You will need to pay 100 AED.
PearsonVue will email you username and password.
Pay 95USD for the exam.
Select location and time of exam (9AM, 1PM, and 3PM)
