Over 40 Decades, we must think how we casted votes & in what criteria we believe
the parties.
A. Cinema
For the reason, I want to show the evidence of Kollywood cinema productivity
statistics. Average production of movies per year = 190 films @ rate of 25 films per
one cr population.

Film medium acted as a political catalyst. Voters decide Chief Minister only based on
the popularity.
B. Alcohol:
Then to keep people mouth shut they started TASMAC Alcohol.
Any ruling government in Tamilnadu cant ban Alcohol, because it is a High profit
organization. It gives more than Rs. 2,500 cr every year in both ADMK & DMK
period. 70 lakh people consume alcohol every day which is 10% of our total Tamil
Nadu population @ rate of 1028 person per outlet per day. We cant stop alcohol
blindly. We have to balance it with new stress busters.
Total Alcohol Prohibition Policy must include stress busters
Government shall encourage:
1. Open Amusement parks in cities of TN.
2. Stage Dramas, musical concerts, etc.
3. Art Exhibitions, Museums.

4. Book stalls (1 city 1 month) by BAPSI.

5. Implement the amendment to companies rules to conduct stress buster
sessions / team building exercise periodically & general health report of
employees should be submitted every 6 months to government.

ISSUES TO BE MONITOR:
1. Geographical location of capital city
Governing ratio of capital city: I believe the capital of state & country should
geographically at centre to have easy access to all states & cities. I Propose capital
of India shall be Jabalpur & Capital of Tamilnadu shall be Trichy. I pasted my proposal
images. U can make a comment / suggestions.

The ratio of Population density between Rest of TamilNadu & Chennai is 1:50; which
is alarming statistics. Demobilize the people to other districts of Tamilnadu by Trichy
as capital; Coimbatore as IT HUB; Tuticoring & Thirunelveli as Power corridor;
Thanjavur, nagapattinam, cuddlore, thiruvarur, ariyalur as agricultural hub,
kanyakumari & ooty, kodikonal as tourist hub; Madurai must have all judicial
systems High court, prision cell; Karur, tirupur, kirshna giri for heavy industries;
Tiruvallur, kanchipuram for Government factories; Virudhunagar, theni for
Educational Hub.
2. Solar power to be developed from small scale to large scale industries.
Solar roofs for house, educational institution, govt offices.
Solar slabs to cover all canal, drainage channels etc.
All captive power for power plant & industries must get current form solar power.

3. Act on climate changes

4. Fuel price
Next vital issue is increase in price of fuel. We must think why still petrol price are
rising higher against the production cost. We have to draft the Road map to
decrease the price of fuel.

5. Food Demand Vs Food Supply

Both central & state government has to make assessment plan to equalize the
future Food demand & Food supply.

The 3 main causes for food demand problem are

Food wastage.
Farmer Suicide.
Decrease in Agricultural production.

6. Black Money (Block Money)
Then black money is important virus to people & antibiotic to Politicians.

India ranks fourth in black money outflows with a whopping $51 billion siphoned out
of the country per annum between 2004-2013, a US-based think-tank's report said
on Wednesday. (TOI Dec-9-15)
Consider all Indians have Indian currencies in this patterns Banknotes (Rs.1, Rs.2,
Rs.5) & coins in (Rs.10, Rs.20, Rs.50, Rs100, Rs.500 & Rs.1000). Kindly answer for
