Congressional District 2 Candidate Neal Dunn

Calls on President to Sign Obamacare Repeal into Law
Panama City, Fla. Republican Candidate Neal Dunn for Florida Congressional District 2
today applauded the United States House and Senate for passing a bill that would defund
Planned Parenthood and repeal major aspects of Obamacare, and urged the President to sign the
bill into law.
I commend House and Senate Republicans for utilizing reconciliation to send a bill to the
Presidents desk that will not only defund Planned Parenthood, but will repeal major aspects of
Obamacare, said Dr. Dunn. As this bill makes its way to the desk of the President, I urge him
to keep Americas best interests in mind and sign this bill into law.
Americans have dealt with this flawed system for far too long, continued Dr. Dunn.
Government-instituted mandates, limited health insurance networks, and rising premiums and
costs simply do not work. Its time to dismantle this broken health care system and replace it
with a patient-centered solution that works for everyone. Floridians, and all Americans, should
not have to settle for a health care system that is based on the governments best interest, not the
patients.
As a doctor, I have seen the downfalls of Obamacare firsthand, and I am ready and committed
to finding a solution in Washington that makes our communities healthier and encourages
economic growth, not stymies it. This has been my platform since Day One and I hope that the
President will listen to what is truly needed, so that Congress can get to work on a solution that is
right for our nation, concluded Dr. Dunn.
Since announcing his candidacy for Florida Congressional District 2, Dr. Dunn has been
endorsed by former Speaker Allan Bense, former Senate President Don Gaetz, former Speaker
Will Weatherford, Representatives Dennis Baxley, Jay Trumbull and Elizabeth Porter, and
Former U.S. Congressman Steve Southerland.
