Other Spells
Dear Reader,
This book was written to serve you as a guide for effectively fighting spiritual war. It is intended to be a combat manual for
aiding you in your efforts at quickly and easily winning your battles. This book was designed for all practitioners of Witchcraft in mind,
and will serve you well, regardless of the particular sect of the Craft that you personally practice.
Because there are as many Gods and Goddesses in Witchcraft as there are flowers in the world, the spells and rituals in this
book are not directed to any particular God, Goddess, or deity. I realize that we all have different preferred forms and names for our
deities during worship, so out of respect for these differences, I have composed this book to be compatible with your personal spiritual
beliefs. There are a few select spells within this book that do call upon the aid of spirits, such as the Spirit of Fire. These particular spells
employ aspects of your own Gods and Goddesses, rather than a specific deity. Each deity will have aspects of Earth, Air, Fire, and
Water within them, and these are the aspects that we will be working with in this book, rather than the deities themselves.
Regardless of the deities that you prefer to use in your own worship and spell-craft, the information within this book will be wellsuited to serve your needs; however, if you feel the need to incorporate your own deities into the spells, ceremonies, and rituals in this
book, you can easily do so by simply asking your God and Goddess for assistance before your Magical workings, and thanking them for
their assistance once you have completed your spell, ceremony, or ritual.
I urge you to use this book cautiously, and read it in its entirety before proceeding with casting any of the spells found within. By
using this book as a secret weapon against your opponents, you have made the playing field tilt in your favor, thus you should keep your
opponent ignorant of your use of such a weapon. Dont flaunt your advantages, and guard your secrets closely. I wish you the best of
luck in combat, and may you always be the victor.
Sincerely,
Dawn Flowers
CHAPTER 1
Introduction
What is a Witch War
General Steps
Involved in a Witch War
Good & Evil
Chances are, since you decided you need to read this book, you are already at least a little familiar
with the hostile actions that can occur within groups of witches. Sadly, with the growing popularity of
Witchcraft, comes a growth of mischief with the power it brings. When I owned an occult shop many
years back, I could not keep up with the many Witch Wars that occurred amongst my patrons. It
seemed as if everyday someone new would walk in with a complaint about having been cursed by
another witch.
What is a Witch War?
A Witch War is simply a cursing match between two or more witches. These Wars can consist
of one witch against another witch, or a group/ coven against another group/coven. Ive lived in
several different cities, and everywhere Ive been, they never fail to occur. Usually, these Wars occur
between individuals and very small groups. For example, you will have two people, who dislike
each other for some reason or another, who will begin cursing each other back and forth. Also, small
groups of friends will begin cursing another small group of people that they dislike for some reason
or another. A Coven cursing another coven is less popular, but I have seen it happen all too often.
General Steps
I have had many people involved in these cursing matches approach me for advice. The advice
I gave, and continue to give is usually the same, regardless of why they were cursed, or why they have
been implicated in a Witch War. The steps one needs to take in order to rectify the damage done is the
same regardless of the motives for the initial cursing. First, you need to cleanse yourself of all
negativity. Second, you need to protect yourself from future attacks. Third, you need to bind your
attacker from future cursing. Fourth, which is an optional step, you may want to cause damage to your
attacker by cursing him or her in return. These steps can be simplified and remembered easily as
such: Cleanse Protect Bind Attack.
The first two steps, Cleanse and Protect, are defensive measures that are extremely necessary to
perform if you are concerned with your personal safety. The last two steps, Bind and Attack are steps
that you may want to take in order to debilitate your opponents magical abilities and cause him or her
to suffer as you have. These steps will be discussed in depth in a moment.
Involved in a Witch War
There are an unlimited number of reasons that would cause a person to become involved in a
Witch War. Many times, becoming involved may not be voluntary and the afflicted person may not
have done anything to deserve these hostile actions. A person may have a boyfriend or girlfriend that
someone else wants as his or her own. A person may be jealous of another person for any number of
reasons. One coven may be against another coven. Someone may have stolen an object from another
person. A person may have spoken ill of another person. The list of reasons one would become
involved in a Witch War can range from petty and insignificant, to extremely valid and genuine.
Using Magic has often times been compared to using a gun. You can use it for protection, or to
hunt food, or you can use it as an active means of aggression to hurt and kill people. Either way, the
gun will be doing harm to someone or something. Since there arent a whole lot of uses for guns, as it
is a destructive tool, and the end result will be blood loss, I prefer to compare Magic to money. One
person may spend his money on food. Another may spend his money on cocaine. It depends on the
intent of the person using the money. Magic, like money, carries with it power. It is the individual
that decides how to use it, and it is that individuals motives that make the action moral or immoral.
Good & Evil
The will of the person is what makes the Magic good or evil. The same can be said for cursing
in particular. The same curse performed by two different people can be categorized as good or evil,
depending on the circumstances. For example, lets say that we have two people, named John and
Jason. John and Jason do not know each other, and live on opposite sides of the world. John and
Jason perform the same curse on two different people. John curses a man named Tony, while Jason
curses a man named Mike. John and Jason have two entirely different reasons for cursing Tony and
Mike. Johns daughter was raped by Tony and was released from prison, and is now stalking his
daughter. Jason, on the other hand, curses Mike because Mike said Jason was an asshole for not
lending him twenty bucks. If you narrow down the motives for cursing, you can usually categorize the
motives as serious or petty. While the above example is pretty easy to figure out, sometimes it may
not be as black and white. Situations tend to get complicated and often the original motive is lost in a
pond of miniscule motives.
CHAPTER 2
A Word of Caution
Repercussions
Wiccan Beliefs
Wiccan Rede
Before proceeding with cursing a person, I would recommend that you examine your own motives for
cursing, and proceed only if you feel they are serious and worthy. Dont waste your magical energy
on petty situations. If you feel you need to address the situation, but feel it is too petty to deserve a
curse, then you may only want to opt for a binding spell, which in some situations will be much better
than an actual curse. A little binding goes a long way.
Repercussions
Cursing, like anything else in life, can have repercussions. Most Witches who adhere to a
religious philosophy will have guidelines in their life that address the issue of cursing. These
guidelines will differ from one Witchcraft sect to another and will vary from one coven to another.
Wiccans (people who practice and adhere to the religious philosophy of Wicca) in particular have
extremely strict rules and guidelines regarding any, and all forms of cursing. Wiccans do not permit
any form of cursing, and maintain that if a curse is performed, then the curse will return, magnified, to
the person who performed it. For example, if you curse someone, then according to Wiccan belief, the
curse will return to you, except it will be three times worse. So, if you curse someone to break their
arm, then you might expect to end up in a body cast, or worse.
It is not my intention to spend the bulk of this book trying to talk you out of cursing someone.
You are going to do what you want, and I respect that. I do however want you to be informed about
the various beliefs on the subject of cursing and possible harm it could do to you. I personally feel
that some people deserve to be cursed, just like some people deserve to be locked up in prison, and
some people deserve to die on death row. This doesnt mean that I condone going around cursing
people left and right, it simply means that I believe there is a time and place for everything, even
cursing.
Wiccan Beliefs
Wiccans believe that under no circumstances should someone curse. They contend that cursing
is a violation of the Wiccan Rede, which I have included in this book for you to read, if you so
desire. The Wiccan Rede has become a religious doctrine of sorts within the last few years and it is
prized and respected as a holy work by many practitioners of Wicca. The Rede mentions The
Threefold Law, also known as the Rule of Three, which translates into your Magic coming back to
you in multiples of three. For example if you curse, you will be afflicted with negativity three times
worse than what you sent out. On the same note, if you heal people, you will be rewarded with
positive occurrences in your life.
Wiccans take the contents of the Rede and the advice it contains very seriously and it is not
usually disputed within strict Wiccan covens. The rules set forth within the Rede against cursing,
therefore, are non-negotiable. If you are a practicing Wiccan, and you have found yourself within a
Witch War, and are using this book as a means of doing battle, then I would strongly suggest you
refrain from any suggestions of cursing. I would recommend that you use the information given on
Cleansing and Protection to combat any Witch War you may be engaged in. Often, Cleansing and
Protective measures are all that are needed to remove and prevent further negativity from befalling
you. The issue of Binding is a gray area, and you may want to use caution if you are considering
Binding as a means of offensive Magic. Most Wiccan groups or covens will also prohibit Bindings
that are performed upon another person because it is seen as a form of manipulating someone other
than you. Although, I have encountered Wiccan groups who approve of binding, only if the binding is
used as a form of protection. If you are part of a Wiccan group or coven, I would suggest that you
discuss these limitations among the group and find out what is acceptable and what is not. If you are
a solitary practitioner, then I would recommend that you make the decision for yourself after
evaluating the motives for performing the binding and the outcome of your binding. In most cases,
however, the bindings found within this book are going to be assertive forms of protection used to
limit someones ability to do harm to you personally. In these cases, most Wiccan sects are going to
find them acceptable forms of Magic, so you shouldnt fret the subject too long if you are afraid of
going against the rules of Wicca.
For those interested, I have included the extended version of the Wiccan Rede for you below.
While the author is considered unknown, this extended version of the poem is attributed to Adriana
Porter, the Grandmother of Lady Gwen Thompson, who submitted the poem to Green Egg Magazine,
where it appeared as part of an article titled Wiccan-Pagan Potpourri in Volume III, No. 69 (Ostara
1975).
Wiccan Rede
Bide the Wiccan Laws we must
In perfect Love and Perfect Trust.
Live and let live,
Fairly take and fairly give.
Cast the Circle thrice about
To keep the evil spirits out.
To bind the spell every time
Let the spell be spake in rhyme.
Soft of eye and light of touch,
Speak little, listen much.
Deosil go by the waxing moon,
Chanting out the Witches' Rune.
Widdershins go by the waning-moon,
Chanting out the baneful rune.
When the lady's moon is new.
Kiss the hand to her, times two.
When the moon rides at her peak,
Then your heart's desire seek.
Heed the North wind's mighty gale,
Lock the door and drop the sail.
When the wind comes from the South,
Love will kiss thee on the mouth.
When the wind blows from the West,
Departed souls will have no rest.
When the wind blows from the East,
Expect the new and set the feast.
Nine woods in the cauldron go,
Burn them fast and burn them slow.
Elder be the Lady's tree,
Burn it not or cursed you'lll be.
When the Wheel begins to turn,
Let the Beltane fires burn.
CHAPTER 3
Understanding Witch Wars
Starting a Witch War
Psychosomatic Curses
Ceremonial & Spell Craft Curses
Non-Cursing Magic
When you are dealing with the average person, (especially a non-witch) telling about the curse
may work to your advantage. It has been shown that half of all curses work on a psychological
principal. If someone believes that they have been cursed, whether they have or not, then they may
make the curse come true. For example, if you walk up to Frank and tell him that Jerry cursed him to
loose his job, then Frank just may loose his job, regardless if Jerry actually cursed him or not. In
situations like these, the person begins to feel they are truly cursed, and then expects bad things to
happen to them. By truly believing that bad things are about to happen, the person will
subconsciously start acting as if they already have and become unsettled and careless about their
activities. As with the example with Frank, he may start to show up at work late, or he may start
slacking off at work, and not caring because he is expecting to get fired. By accepting the curse as a
reality, he then makes it a reality and will make it come to pass.
Lets assume that Frank was not actively cursed by Jerry, and he just believed he was, he
effectively cursed himself into getting fired. This is actually a form of verbal cursing, which is similar
to what we know as Irish Curses. It is based on the principle of suggestion. If you believe
something is true, then you make it true, and you will act accordingly.
This form of verbal suggestion is the easiest form of cursing there is, and the oldest form
known. It requires no preparation, no tools, no ceremony, no spell. All you need is to inform the
person that they have been cursed, and you let the persons imagination do all the work. This can
work several ways. As we saw above with Frank, the simple suggestion was enough to make him
loose his job, but there are other ways these simple types of curses will work.
Lets say that you walk up to Cindy and tell her that she has been cursed with bad luck. Cindy
may, or may not believe in curses; however, two days later, her car breaks down, she looses her
wallet, and her dog dies. Cindy will believe that she has been cursed. It doesnt matter if you
actively cursed her with a spell or not, but since you told her she was cursed, she will accept the
occurrences as part of the curse, believing that it was the curse that made the things come to pass.
With both Frank and Cindy, you would not have had to do anything to curse them, yet they
believed themselves cursed, and eventually the curse fulfilled itself. Afterwards, when they felt they
were cursed, they may become afraid of the person who cursed them, believing that person has
spiritual power over them, which brings us to the subject of motives for cursing. There are only two
reasons why one would curse another person. The first reason to curse would be to actually cause
harm, bad luck, or some sort of negative action to befall another person. The second reason one
would curse another person is to show dominance of power over another person, or to prove that one
has the ability to control another person. Obviously, when you curse someone, both of these reasons
will come into play. As we saw above with Frank and Cindy, they both believed they were cursed;
therefore, bad things happened to them. As a result of the bad things happening to them, they then felt
that the person who cursed them had power over them. All curses work with these two concepts;
negativity and power.
In some cases, it is possible to make someone believe they were cursed and that someone has
power over them, without it being the least bit true. For example, George tells you that hes had a
bad week. Someone stole his car, he sprained his ankle, and he found out his wife is cheating on him.
You listen to his pitiful story, then you mention that perhaps, his bad luck may be attributed to his
having been cursed by Robert. George will start to believe that Robert cursed him, and will start to
feel that Robert has power over him, even though Robert did not curse him. George will continue to
blame any further bouts of bad luck on the curse that Robert supposedly afflicted him with. Again, this
is a form of verbal suggestion, except it is retroactive.
Ive discussed the above forms of psychological manipulation with many people, and I have
had some people suggest that it is wrong to lie to someone and tell them that they have been cursed,
when in fact they were not. One must realize that the act of psychological manipulation through
verbal suggestion IS a fm of cursing. Besides, if someone is concerned with the moral issue of lying
and being deceitful, then they have no business cursing someone in the first place. Cursing is a
negative act, as is lying, and if one has a problem doing one, then they shouldnt do the other. My
point is, if you are truly willing to curse someone, then you have to be willing to get your hands dirty,
and cast aside some regard for morality. Lets face it, if you were a perfect angel, you wouldnt be
cursing in the first place.
Ceremonial and Spell-Craft Curses (Active Physical Performances)
We have discussed psychosomatic curses above, but now we will discuss the art of ceremonial
and spell-craft curses. These are the curses that most people are familiar with, and will involve one
person actively taking part in an action with the intent of manipulating another person. These occur
when there is a physical act performed with the intent to cause change. Active physical performances
through a spell, ceremony, or ritual will include any act that involves circle magic, chants, and/or
components of any sort such as herbs, oils, incense, candles, etc. For example, if you perform a ritual
by drawing a circle in the dirt, lighting candles, burning incense, and saying a chant, this would be
considered an Active Physical Performance. An Active Physical Performance can also be as simple
as a spell that calls for you to light a stick of incense in your house while saying a few words.
Non-Cursing Magic
Even though we have only discussed cursing thus far, the previously mentioned methods would
apply to any form of Magic, even healing. The same techniques addressed earlier, such as the
psychosomatic non-active verbal suggestions will work just as effectively in completely opposite
situations. For example, if you tell someone that he or she has been healed, they may believe it, and
will begin to feel better. Most forms of magic, regardless if they are intended to heal, purify, cleanse,
curse, etc, will be categorized as Active Physical Performances.
A few of the other forms of Magic covered in this book, aside from cursing, will include
bindings, protection spells, cleansing rituals and similar techniques to aid you in your efforts at
dealing with Witch Wars . As with most magic, the bulk of theses magical techniques will consist of
ceremonial, spell-craft, and ritual performances; however, you should always keep the psychosomatic
curses in mind. Dont underestimate their power because of their simplicity. The mind is an
incredible tool, and you should use it to your advantage when it best suits your needs. Sometimes a
little mind game with someone will work a hundred times better than an active physical curse.
CHAPTER 4
Being Involved in a Witch War
Before you Get Involved
After you Get Involved
Ending a Witch War
Steps to a Successful Warfare
to death, then your Magical energies will be best suited to serve you for protection, rather than to
damage others.
Understanding the Steps of Successful Warfare
What is your goal? To win, of course! Up to now, we have briefly discussed a few of the steps
you should take in order to deal with being in a Witch War. Here, I will clarify these steps for you,
which will give you insight as to how you can effectively deal with, win, and end a Witch War as it
pertains to your particular situation. Since all situations will differ, you will need to examine the
steps and work out a plan of action that will suit your needs. To be most effective, these steps should
be performed in the order given below; however, they can be performed in any order, as the need
arises and as it suits your scenario. These steps to successful warfare (in order of importance) are as
follows, and will be explained in even further detail in the coming chapters:
Step 1. Cleansing / Purification
Cleansing will rid you of any negativity, remove curses, and will allow you to perform
Magic without worry of negative influences. You should always begin any Magical
endeavor with a cleansing ritual/spell, as negative influences will interfere with the
effectiveness of your Magic. Keeping your spirit clean will also prevent negative
influences from taking too much toll on your everyday life.
Step 2. Protection / Defense
If you are engaged in Magical combat with another person, protection is an absolute
necessity. Without protection, negative forces will encompass your everyday life and
prevent you from performing effective Magic. Protection will aid you in preventing the
effectiveness of curses that are cast your way, and will prevent someones Magic from
being effective toward you. Protection serves as a defensive measure.
Step 3. Binding / Restraining
Binding is a Spiritual restraint you would put upon another person to disable his or her
Magical effectiveness and abilities. Bindings are used to prevent someone from being
able to perform a certain action, and are considered a form of offensive Magic, but can
be used as a defensive measure. Bindings can also be used to restrain someone from
performing actions other than Magical oriented events, such as showing up at your home,
hurting another person, talking badly about another person, etc.
Step 4. Cursing / Assault
Cursing is a completely offensive form of Magic, as it is performed solely for the
purpose of assaulting another person spiritually, usually resulting in a physical
manifestation of the attack. Your intent through cursing should not simply be to injury the
person, but rather debilitate their effect on you.
By following the steps above, you will render yourself more powerful than your opponent and
your Magic will be more effective, resulting in your Spiritual victory. The chapters that follow
contain spells, rituals, and techniques that will enable you to perform each of the above steps with
ease and success.
Magic does not need to be complicated, in order to work. Many of the following spells and
rituals were chosen for their ease of use, and effectiveness in mind. If you cant perform the spell, or
find the required components, then the spells are useless for you, so with that in mind, I have
accumulated Magic techniques that most anyone will be able to perform. If you have trouble locating
any of the components, herbs, oils, incense, etc. I would strongly recommend surfing the internet for
resources. Every component mentioned throughout this book will be available to you on the net, and
most are inexpensive to purchase.
The following chapters are broken down into four categories consisting of the steps you should
follow for successful warfare. Using the steps previously mentioned, you should pick a spell from
each chapter to fulfill the each step. For example, you should pick one spell from the Cleansing
Chapter, one from the Protection Chapter, One from the Binding Chapter, and (if you so desire) one
from the Cursing Chapter. Perform these techniques in the order we previously discussed for optimal
results.
CHAPTER 5
A Note About the Spells
Standard Spells
Simplicity
Spell Structure
Important Notes
Powerful Spell Combinations
Standard Spells
Although there are millions of spells in the world, they can usually be broken down into a
select few formats. While some spells and ceremonies may be long and drawn out, many, and most of
them are going to be simple, yet just as effective. The components of the spell will make up the format
with which the spell follows. For example, there are standard candle spells, incense spells, chants,
ritual baths, circle ceremonies, charms, and so forth. One incense spell is going to be extremely
similar to another incense spell, as it is the burning of the incense that makes up the spell. One spell
may call for Lavender, while another is going to call for Sandalwood. It is this variation of the herb
or scent of incense that will determine the effect of the spell. Different herbs and scents have different
purposes and they are what determine what the spells will accomplish. Most spells are going to call
for only one ingredient, and will follow a standard spell format. For example, if your spell calls for
one ingredient, such as incense, this is an incense based spell, thus, the spell will be released by
burning the incense not the elaborate clothes some may wear, not the huge pentacle in front of them,
and not even the twenty-five candles laying in a circle. You do not have to get dressed up and do the
hokey-pokey for a spell to work. If the spell calls for one component, then that is all the materials you
need for that spell to work. The only other thing that you need is conviction. It is your conviction that
will determine the success of a spell. You must believe in what you are doing in order for it to work.
Simplicity
The same concept of keeping with simple spell standards applies to candle magic, ritual baths,
and so forth. A ritual bath for cleansing may seem to be exactly the same as a ritual bath for
protection, with the exception of the herbs used, and the visualization techniques applied during the
ritual. It is this simplicity and repetition that will aid you in your efforts at effective Magic. It is my
full intention to teach you how to perform effective Magic, not theatrics. It is for this reason why some
of the spells may seem repetitive; however, the ingredients used within the spell, the motive for the
spell, and the convictions held during the spell will provide all the differentiation needed to complete
the spells intent.
By keeping the Magic simple, there is a lot less room for error, therefore, your success rate
will higher. The more components a spell calls for, and the more theatrics you must perform, the
higher the chances are that the spell will be ineffective. You may feel as though youre not doing it
right, or that you dont have all of the ingredients, or you forgot this or that, and your convictions will
not be strong. By keeping the spells simple, easy, and familiar, you will know that you are doing it
right, and your convictions will be stronger, thus, your spells will be more effective and powerful.
Because something is simple and straightforward does not mean that it will not work. Sometimes the
achieving victory. If you do not want to read each and every spell, I would at the least recommend
that you read each of the introductory commentaries in these chapters before proceeding with any
spell. For example, you should proceed to the next chapter, which is Chapter 6, covering Cleansing.
Read the introduction fully, then casually glance over the spells, and move on to chapter 7. Read the
introduction for chapter 7, then casually glance over the spells and move on to chapter 8 and so forth
until you have completed the book. Once you have read all of the pertinent text, you may then want to
go back and scrutinize the individual spells more closely to find the ones that are best for you.
Powerful Spell Combinations
One important reason you should read this book completely before proceeding with casting the
spells is that you will be able to perform multiple spells together to add potency to your Magic.
Performing spell combinations is a great way to enhance your Magic.
One way you can perform a spell combo is to use several spells that serve similar purposes,
with slight variations. For example, you can perform a protection spell that is designed to protect you
personally (This will be a general protection spell). Along with this general protection spell, you can
also perform a more specific spell that will protect your home. Using these two types of spells
together will only give you added protection, so it is worth your while to perform them both if you are
able, although, under most circumstances however, you will only need to perform a general spell.
You can also use other spells along with these for added potency, as you will see below with our
powerful cleansing combo.
You might want to check out the spells in chapter 10 before you cast a cleansing spell from
chapter 6, because chapter 10 contains spells that you can do to add strength and power to your other
spells.
For example, lets say that you want to perform the most intense cleansing spell within your
means. First, you may want to look in chapter 10 for a spell that will make your other spells stronger.
One such spell calls for adding Dragons Blood powder to the incense you are using in your other
spells, or you can add Dragons Blood oil to the candles in your other spells (if the spell calls for
another oil, such as Lavender, you would use both oils together). Another technique for adding
strength to your spells is to eat ginger before you perform a spell or any form of Magic.
If you want to perform a major cleansing on yourself and your home, you could choose to burn
sandalwood incense to cleanse yourself, as described in chapter 6, but you could add Dragons Blood
powder to the incense for added potency, as described in chapter 10. Before proceeding with the
spells, you could eat ginger, which will also give your Magic a boost. To cleanse your home, you
could add Dragons Blood oil to the candles you use for the cleansing of your home. In effect, you
will have combined five separate spells into one magical act, which will result in a substantial
cleansing. If you put all of these together, you would have one major Magical Cleansing act that
consists of:
1) Eating ginger before performing the spell for added magical potency.
2) Adding Dragons Blood Powder to your Sandalwood Incense for potency.
3) Adding Dragons Blood Oil to your Candles for potency.
4) Burning sandalwood incense (with added Dragons Blood powder) for cleansing your spirit
and ridding you of negativity.
5) Burning Candles (with added Dragons Blood oil) for house cleansing.
By using these spells together, you have essentially performed one big Magical feat that you
designed for the most effective cleansing of you and your home.
CHAPTER 6
Cleansing
General Information
Spells & Chants
Rituals & Ceremonies
Cleansing
The most important aspect throughout a Witch War is maintaining a state of purity, achieved
through the act of cleansing, also referred to as purification in many Magical sects. Regardless if you
have already been cursed, or if you are about to curse, you need to perform a cleansing act to remove
any possible negativity that may have found its way to you. Cleansing is an act most Magical
practitioners perform on a regular basis, even though they may not have ever been, or will be,
exposed to a curse. It is simply a good spiritual practice to be in the habit of performing. Spiritual
Cleansing can be compared to physical cleansing. Your spirit, like your skin, will get dirty and the
impurities must be removed for you to stay healthy.
When dealing with Witch Wars, cleansing is especially important for removing negativity
others may have targeted you with, and for removing impurities that you may have accumulated upon
yourself over time. You cant expect to perform at your spiritual best if you are laden with negativity.
In order for you to proceed with protecting yourself, and performing effective Magic against others,
you must first be at your optimum peak ability. If you have been cursed, then you will certainly want
to begin with a cleansing spell to remove the negativity brought upon you by another person. In order
to protect yourself from future bouts of negativity it is imperative that you not skip this step when
involved in a Witch War and are determined to win.
Cleansing, like most Magic, is a rather simple act, and can be performed in many different
ways. There are hundreds of various purification, cleansing ceremonies, rituals, spells, and baths that
one can perform to remove to this accumulated negativity. In this book, you will be provided with
various ways of performing this act of cleansing, and you must simply pick the one most appropriate
for your needs.
Removing spells and curses is also a form of cleansing as well, as it is an act of removing
negativity. All of the cleansing spells in this book will aid you in removing any curse you may be
afflicted with.
Many times, people may not have all of the available components to perform an elaborate
ceremony, such as the exact herbs, oils and so forth. This is fine. Simply pick a spell or ritual which
you are able to perform, and that you do have access to the components. I have sincerely tried to
include spells and rituals within this book which are easy to perform for the average Magical
practitioner, with components that are easy to locate. If you do have trouble finding certain oils or
incenses in your local area, I would strongly suggest using the internet as a means of locating what
you need.
Spiritual Cleansing
Spirit of Air Ceremony
#9
Components: Sage Incense (Sticks, Cones or Sage Wands)
This spell can be performed with various forms of incense. The easiest method is to acquire
sage scented incense sticks or cones, or you can use a sage wand, which is a dried clump of sage tied
together and burned at one end. Also, you can acquire a charcoal tablet specifically designed for
burning incense, where you would place sage powder on top. Dried Sage pieces or powder can be
found in your local grocery store in the spice section.
Sit on the floor, light the incense, place it in front of you, and close your eyes. Let the smoke
smolder around your body while becoming completely relaxed. Imagine the smoke flowing through
your body and spirit, cleansing you of impurities and negativity as it flows around your body.
Once you are completely relaxed, recite the following:
Spirit of Air, remove from my spirit all negativity and cleanse my body completely.
May your power eliminate harmful influences, and purify me of all negative forces.
May you continue to keep my mind, body, and spirit uncontaminated and pure.
I present the burning of this incense as an offering for your bidding.
In return, may you clean my body, mind, and spirit, and keep it untainted.
Thank you, Spirit of Air.
Once you have recited the above passage, continue to sit quietly and meditate on how clean you
have become. Once the incense has burned itself out, you have completed the spell. You should repeat
this spell once a month if you are actively being Magically attacked. If you are not being cursed, then
you should repeat this spell only once every season.

Protection

Protection
Once you have removed any and all spiritual negativity from yourself, you should then proceed
with protecting yourself against future bouts of negativity being sent your way. Protection acts as a
defense for the accumulation of negativity that someone may send to you, or that you may accumulate
on your own. Spiritual protection, like protection in our physical world serves to guard us against
what may happen, or what will happen in the future, and is a preventative measure taken to maintain
our safety. Protection, like cleansing, is a vital step to be taken seriously if you are involved in a
Witch War. You may have performed a cleansing spell to remove negativity, but unless you protect
yourself, the negativity may return. Chances are if someone curses you, and it seems to fail, then they
are likely to try again, so protection is important for maintaining a clean spirit.
If you are inclined to curse someone, then you should certainly protect yourself from any threats
of returned negativity, whether through the concept referred to as the Rule of Three as mentioned in
the Wiccan Rede, or via a returned curse, you should expect negativity to float your way, and
protection is vital to prevent the negativity from affecting you. Like cleansing, protection can be
achieved through a myriad of spells, ceremonies, rituals and so forth. Simply pick the one that is most
appropriate for you, and one that has components that are easy for you to locate.
Protection Amulet
#19
Components: Amber Stone
There are many items used in the magical community that are commonly believed to contain and
project protective powers, Amber being among one of the more potent of them. This is a rather
simple, yet effective technique you may perform to give yourself protection from outside forces. All
you are required to do is tote an Amber stone with you at all times.
You can go as step further, and place a different Amber stone in various places so that you are
never without its aid. Some people prefer to keep an Amber stone in their pocket, but you can also
keep one in your car, in your work desk, under your bed or pillow, or anywhere you are going to be
for extended periods of time.
Protection Spell
#22
Components: Coral Piece
Another item that you may tote for protection is a piece of coral. It, as with Amber as noted
previously, is said to harness protective qualities, and will give you aid when kept nearby. You can
simply keep a piece of coral in your pocket, in your work desk, in your car, or under your bed or
pillow. You can also place small pieces of coral around your house for protection at home.
CHAPTER 8
Binding
General Information
Spells & Chants
Rituals & Ceremonies
Binding
Binding, unlike cleansing and protection, is considered a form of offensive Magic, meaning that
it is not an entirely defensive measure. While it can be seen as a form of defense, it is used primarily
to debilitate your opponent and make his or her Magic worthless, or at the least, ineffective when it is
targeted towards you. Binding is a form of restraint, and when you perform a binding spell on
someone, depending on the type of binding spell performed, you are preventing that person from being
able to perform a certain action.
For example, lets say that you put a binding spell on Suzy. The spell you cast was specifically
to bind Suzy from performing Magic on you. After you perform the spell, Suzy may try to cast a spell
on you, and several things might happen as a result of your binding. Suzy may perform a spell, and it
will simply not work. Or, Suzy may be unable to perform the spell to begin with because she may not
be able to locate the tools and ingredients for her spell.
Or, another possible scenario, Suzy may try to perform the spell, but for some reason, she keeps
getting interrupted during the process and is unable to finish. There are a myriad of things which may
occur as a result of your binding her which will stop her from being successful at her efforts at putting
a spell on you. As a result, you must not assume that it will occur a particular way.
As with any other form of Magic, there are general binding spells, and there are binding spells
that will serve a particular purpose, binding against a particular action. It is up to you to find the
binding spell that will serve you best in your efforts at Magical warfare. Binding can be an
alternative to cursing if you are inclined to refrain from sending out strong negativity. It can debilitate
your opponent, without the harshness cursing may bring.
As we discussed earlier, binding may or may not be allowed if you are a member of a Wiccan
coven or group. Binding, like cursing, is a form of manipulative Magic, and when performed against
another person, you are manipulating that persons behavior. Since some Wiccans are against almost
all forms of manipulative Magic, you should address these concerns with your group before
proceeding if you do not want to be in violation of any coven regulations.
CHAPTER 9
Cursing
General Information
Spells & Chants
Rituals & Ceremonies
Cursing
Once you have cleansed yourself of negativity, provided yourself with a means of protection,
and bound your opponent from affecting you further, you should be well on the road to victory at
winning the Witch War. By this time, you will have removed all negativity affecting you, prevented
future negativity from reaching you, and you will have prevented your opponent from being a bother
to you in the future, at least spiritually. Essentially, you have done all you need to do in order to
regain spiritual stability by performing the previously mentioned steps. Why then, would you proceed
with cursing your opponent? That is a question only you can answer. Every situation is different, and
it would be unwise and gullible for me to encourage you not to curse, when I am completely unaware
of your particular situation. However, as we discussed earlier, I would recommend that you use
caution, and consider your actions with great care, and do not curse for petty reasons. There are evil
people in this world, and our prison systems substantiate that fact. If there were no one in the world
deserving of a curse, or at least a jail cell, then I would not have included cursing as a part of this
book. I am a realist, and refuse to deny the need for assertive action against those who are deserving
of Magical wraith. I only wish that I could preach peace, love, and harmony, but reality dictates that
we must open our eyes to the truth.
The curses that I have performed in my life have been few and far between. I do not act with
haste, and I consider my actions and repercussions long and hard before deciding to proceed. When
cursing, you are in effect taking the law into your own hands, and you must consider your actions as
such. If someone cuts you off in traffic, you would not rush over to their home and set it on fire. The
same goes for Magic. You must use restraint when performing curses, and dont waste you Magical
energies on the trivial actions of others.
There are as many curses in the world as there are people, and many are generic, while others
are specific to certain actions. Consider what your needs are before casting out a random curse to
someone. For example, you could curse someone with general bad luck, or you could curse someone
with a specific action such as an illness. Examine which curse would benefit you best before casting
it out. If you are truly concerned with winning and crushing your opponent, then pick a curse that will
aid your victory in the process. If you curse someones dog to die, you must ask yourself, how this
will help you. You might be better served to curse them with an illness, as this would make their
Magic less effective, and will thus be in you benefit. Make your curses multifunctional, not simply
devastating. While the curse may be devastating to your opponent, it should also serve to help you in
the process. It is important that you not let your obvious anger and aggression get in the way of
decisive thinking. You must think wisely, not hatefully. This will make your triumph all the more easy
and successful. It is possible to be ruthless and wise at the same time, so examine your options
carefully before acting, and you are sure to be the victor in the end.
Fold the paper up into a small piece and place it somewhere safe, where it will not be found.
Once you are finished stitching the cross to your satisfaction, and reciting the passage, you
should hide the doll in a safe place, or bury it in the ground.
If you wish to remove this curse, you will need to remove the cross by taking out the thread and
pouring the grass out of the doll onto the ground or into a lake/pond. You should then bury the empty
doll in the ground where it will not be found.

Other Spells
The spells, rituals, and magical techniques found within this chapter do not fit in the previous
chapters, yet they will certainly aid you in your efforts at winning a Witch War. There are a few
variations of miscellaneous spells that will come in handy, such as the spells for creating Blessed
Water and for creating Poppet Dolls, which have multiple uses. The remainder of the spells are
included to help make your Magic more effective and powerful. To perform the spells in this chapter,
simply incorporate them into your Magic as instructed for each individual spell. Some of these spells
will require that you add components to your other spells, and some of them will require that you
perform another action all together. Regardless of the technique required, they are included to aid in
you in producing more efficient Magic, and it will serve you well to use them in your magical
workings. They are not mandatory by any means, but if you have the ability and the components
required, performing them in conjunction with your other magic will certainly not hinder your
performance.
You should also note that while I recommend you use these spells in conjunction with the
previous spells in this book, you can also use them with any spell outside of this book. You can use
them with all of your Magic, including healing techniques.
certain to distribute the water in important areas such as doorways, windows, vents, and around
baseboards. Note: you should not saturate the area with water, but simply sprinkle a few drops in
various locations throughout the area. While you are sprinkling the water around the area, you should
concentrate on the water performing the purpose for which you made it for.
There is not a special need to recite any particular passage while spraying the water around the
area; however, you may want to state your intentions in the form of a chant. For example, if you are
using the water to drive out spirits, you may say something similar to the following:
Spirits, Hear me, By the power of the God and Goddess, I drive you out of this area.
Spirits be gone, Leave, never to return.
May you reside here no longer, and harm me no further.
I cleanse this area of all negative spiritual influences.
You may recite the above passage, or something similar, repeatedly until you have completed
distributing the Blessed Water throughout the entire area. While the chant is not mandatory, it will
help make your intentions clear, and will certainly not hurt. You will need to change the chant and
make it applicable to the intent of the Blessed Water.
When you have completed sprinkling the area with the water, you may now say something
similar to the following as a closing to the ritual:
This area is now clean and free of negative spiritual influences, under the guidance of the
God and Goddess, may it remain so.
You may now store any unused Blessed Water for future use. If you plan on using Blessed
Water for another purpose, other than the one you performed the ritual for, then you should make
another batch of water by performing another ritual for that particular purpose.
You can also make generic Blessed Water useable for any purpose; (refer to the next ritual for
detailed instructions). You would be able to use the Generic Blessed water for various purposes
such as cleansing, protection, binding, banishing, etc.
For example, if you are using the water to Bless an area, you might want to recite the following:
By the power of the God and Goddess, I use this Blessed Water to Bless (Insert the name of
the area, person, or item).
You may recite the above passage, or something similar, repeatedly until you have completed
distributing the Blessed Water throughout the area or onto the item or person. While the chant is not
mandatory, it will help make your intentions clear, and will certainly not hurt. If you are Blessing a
large area, you will need to repeat the chant until the entire area has been Blessed, which will mean
you are to repeat the chant many times. However, if you are simply blessing a person or item, then
you will only need to repeat the chant a few times. When you have completed sprinkling the area
with the water, you may now say something similar to the following as a closing to the ritual:
(Insert the name of the area, person or item) has now been blessed by the power of the God
and Goddess. May it remain so. I thank you, God and Goddess for your Blessing.
Your ritual is now complete, and you may now store any unused Blessed Water for future use.
Once you have your material laid out, draw your pattern onto the fabric, and proceed to cut the pattern
out.
Next, place the two sides of the doll together and begin to sew them together. Make sure that
you leave a small open space somewhere on the doll so that you will be able to insert the filling. The
easiest way to sew the doll together is to begin at one spot and work your way around the doll. The
illustration below begins the sewing at the neck, and stops the sewing at the other side of the neck,
which leaves the head open so that you can fill it up.
What you fill the doll with will depend on what type of Magic you are performing. Most times, the
doll will be filled with grass, sand, herbs, fabric, or other components belonging to a person. You can
also fill the doll with cotton, or any other filler. If you have a personal object from the person, (such
as hair, nail clippings, jewelry, etc.) now is the time to insert it within the doll along with the filler.
Once you have sewn the doll together and have inserted the filler and any other objects (as
specified in the particular spell you are performing), you should sew the hole together so that the
filler will not fall out. You may want to personalize the doll and make it resemble the person more
closely. For example, you may want to add eyes, nose, mouth, and possibly colored string or thread
for hair. This is not necessary, but it will help you visualize the doll as representing a particular
person. You can draw the facial features on, or you can sew them on, whichever you prefer.
If you are performing a binding spell, then you will usually proceed with wrapping the doll with
twine, string, rope, or another material. If you are using the doll for cursing, then you may want to
proceed with marking the doll with the various ailments you are trying to inflict on the person, if the
curse involves inflicting an ailment, which not all of them do. Similarly, if you are using the doll for
healing, you would mark the doll with the areas that you are trying to heal. Since, in this book, we are
dealing with binding and cursing you should simply follow the instructions given for the particular
spell you are performing. Your doll is now ready for you to work with.
