I perform multiple roles and responsibilities:

Working with an off-shore vendor to get the ServiceNow tool installed, configured and data loaded,
monitoring the progress.

Mentor technical staff in the use of the tool and input of data.

Mentor technical teams in establishing project schedules, communication plans and reporting.

Partner with BRMs (Business Relationship Managers) in establishing project schedules, communication plans
and reporting and use of ServiceNow.

Be the PM on multiple infrastructure and application projects driving timelines and deliverables and facilitating
meetings.

All this required building good relationships with diverse teams and guiding them through this major change in

As a Sr Project Manager on the Modification project I was responsible for cultivating good working relationships
with internal, external teams and vendors to facilitate driving multiple work streams to bring in house some 300
applications. Many of these systems were running on obsolete platforms.

Delegate and monitor task progress with a team of system admins, DBAs and developers.

Work with vendors to ensure software is obtained and deployed to the mirror environment.

Monitor development of mirror environments to move the applications to.

Ensure sign-off documentation is prepared and ready for the sign off process.

As a Project Manager in the PMO I was responsible for driving multiple concurrent infrastructure and application
projects to successful conclusions, collaborating with business and technical teams to define requirements and
determine personnel, infrastructure and software costs with budgets up to $5m.

Drove projects to successful conclusions utilizing a formalized SDLC process of documentation, presentation
and gate reviews to get phase and financial approvals.
Worked very closely with Business partners of all levels of seniority to ensure clarity of requirements.

Give presentations and status updates to all levels of business and technical personnel. Some achievements:

Helped establish a PM group for Network Business Solutions, developing processes, procedures and mentoring
newer PMs.
Led numerous Enterprise and International projects such as the migration of email platforms to MS Exchange,
developing an email project template which improve migration efficiency by 40% and an Automated
Migration System (full SDLC), that increased initial take up to 90% and a reduction of 50+% in helpdesk
calls. The system provided user training and gave the business owner discretionary control of the migration

Partnered with an infrastructure team, Security and Legal to replace thin client access points (WBTs)
worldwide. This included building a complex schedule of tasks to ensure all replacements were compliant to
local rules and regulations.
Drove the implementation of a BlackBerry emergency communication tool with less than a 3% push failure.

Project Manager: for Software AG (SAG) at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) with the
responsibility for the development and successful implementation of multiple software applications, maintaining the
business relationship between PennDOT and SAG, including all project and personnel budget responsibility.

Development of applications; worked with different Bureaus and State Agencies business users to illicit
requirements and define project functionality and with PennDOT, SAG and other vendor staff to define the
project development, testing, implementation and maintenance.

Mentored PennDOT and vendor staff in SAG tools and products, Agile development (RAD/JAD) methodology,
SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) including use case and test data creation, unit, system, user
acceptance and stress testing. Business requirements and customer relationships.

Managed business and technical team meetings and presentations to keep projects on track; status reporting for
management and lessons learned, and developed a central document repository.

LTI - BS equivalent - permitted to teach/lecture in textiles.
ATI - BS+, BS in textile holders had to have additional education and examination to obtain their ATI.
