Overall Business Concept We are a MAD Team (Making a difference) from diverse cultures and
countries with aim to attain the vision of a Green Planet. 78% of global consumers want to be
green, but they dont know how. The ultimate need for a sustainable eco friendly society has been
identified, but people require information and stimulation to make their contribution. Our idea is
to reward people for using environment friendly green products.
OPPORTUNITY In order to implement this vision we have designed an idea to reward consumers
for being green and Companies would contribute to this as a part of their CSR. In our design there
is an endorsement mechanism for companies with green products, as well as consultancy for
those who want to go green after meeting the requirements. In addition, we will develop tailored
app, so the customers can socially connect, locate places and providers of green products and
manage their rewards point system for being green costumes.

Competitor Analysis As the idea itself is our USP, we dont have any direct competitors except
for those who are endorsing green products or aim to come up with same strategy.
Revenue Stream We have three revenue streams

1. Making money from downloading App & Advertising through the app.
2. Companies for being endorsed and a specific percentage against sale of green products
(Rewards Points)

3. Consultancy charges for companies who want to go green.
