A brief summary of my work at OPO Design Sweden AB:
Responsability of the design, development, quality and production of the in-house brands and the licenses in the portfolio
of OPO Design Sweden.
The in-house are defined in style, target group and price segmentation. My role is to make sure that all collections have the
products with its correct criterias in time and requested quality to meet the need of our customers.
For the license brands: WESC, Kalevala jewlery, Hello Kitty and The non-violence movment are my with the same above
requirments. For these brands I also keep the creative contacts to make sure that the licens owner are satisfied.
To all collections I am responsible for the supplier contacts in China and the POS-material.
Cooperations: KQ x EL BOCHO is a collaboration with the Berlin based German street artist EL BOCHO. In this project the
artist came up with patterns for printing while I designed the frames and made sure the product came to the market.
ALTEWAISAOME by KunoQvist Eyewear was a project together with the Malm-based fashion designer duo
ALTEWAISAOME. Based on their SS 13 collection we developed matching sunglasses.

KunoQvist a collection of expressive

characters and strong colors. Use of
patterns color and texture makes this
collection unique.

Qvist minimalism and light weight is the

key design elements in this collection, but
not without details that makes it pop out.
The designs are mostly in titanium and
beta-titanium for the light weight and
verstile qualitys.

KunoQvist Trof eyewear in exclusive

natural materials such as buffalo horn and
ebony wood. Retro inspired design and
classical shapes.
In this collection we made in only 100 pcs
per color per model. All individually
numbered.

KQ x El Bocho is a cooperation with the

german streetartist El Bocho. Based on
his view on his working envirnoment as
an street artist in Berlin we develop the
concepts. He made the artwork and I
designed the eyewear and the patterns
to fit with the project.

ALTEWAISAOME by KunoQvist Eyewear was a project in cooperation with the Malm-based fashion designer duo
ALTEWAISAOME. Based on their SS 13 collection we developed matching sunglasses. I made the refiend design and
made sure they were able to be produced. Pictures below is from the SS 13 runway in end of August 2012 in Stockholm

INDIAN Summer
In 2009 I made a project work in New Delhi, India. Were me and a colleague helped a lamp company to redesign and fill their showroom with lamps suited for the American and
European market. The aim was to make prototypes for the full range, children to grandparents, from country style to modern design. It was a fantastic experience were I had to
take a lot of responsibility to succeed.

I wanted the project to display a possible vision of the future of transport

in winter environment with sustainability in focus. Snowmobiles mostly run
with oil smoking two stroke engines which pollute the environment. Smell,
noise, high toxic output and bad fuel economy. Can it be solved with alternative sources of energy? How will an alternative source of energy change the
conditions for the product?
Winter tourists are very concerned about the environment and how the

climate change will affect their winter mountain experience. The target group
of my concept wants to get the most out of the mountain experience but
they dont go cross country and they dont want to buy or rent an environmentally unfriendly snowmobile that disturbs both humans and animals.
The snowmobiles of today are usually conceived as aggressive, powerful and
intimidating for unfamiliar users. The snowmobiles have much more in common with motorcycles than they have with mountains.

SHAPE AUDIO Luxury stereo speaker

I designed the Shape Audio speaker together with Lucianno Dannona during 2007. I 3D-modelled the first version of the speaker and
the ready product is close to were I left the project. The speaker is casted in brass and gives an outstanding stereo sound from one unit.
It is sold at the very high end of the market. for more info please see www.shapeaudio.com.

TWO IN A ROW Rowing boat

In this project we aimed to design a hybrid boat
with the leisure capabilities of a traditional rowing
boat, but with its rowing efficiency derived from
the modern speed rower.
Exhibited at Stockholm furniture fair 2008.
Two in a row
Resource project.
Supervised by Olof Kolte.
Semester 7, 2007,
Designed together with KarlJohan Hjerling and Tomas
Ekstrm

The seat slides on the rail, as the boat

is rown. This allows the rower to utilize
the power in her legs as well as her
arms, giving the boat a higher speed,
and a longer range.

At the tail of the boat, the gunwale sweeps out. This part has been designed
for multiple usage. The holes in it enable the fastening of fishing rods, and
the handle in between them is used to carry the boat on land.

The holes are also used to fasten a swim ladder. The ladder is collapsible and easy to stow away when not used. While climbing the ladder
from the sea, the handle in the gunwale Is becomes the final step or
grip.

MINIMAL Surfaces + Objects

Designmai is a annual design fair in Berlin, this years theme was digitalability
and our approach was how to design objects in 3d-softwares without letting the
programs set the borders of the design. Our tool to create this kind of objects was
minimal surfaces. Mathematical created surfaces that prior only appeared in the
math labs or in is purest forms in the nature as soap bubbles etc.
The Cheng-Gackstatter surface of fifth order creates two inner volumes. I found
this surface suitable as an Chandelier. It is equipped with two low energy 16 watt
tubes. The light sources can be individually dimmed to achieve desired light levels.
The Chandelier can be moulded in parts and then assembled.
Exhibited during Designmai in Berlin may 2007.
