** ISC-Amman Students Receive Queen Rania Outstanding Learner Awards **

In December 2015, 11 students from the International School of Choueifat Amman (ISC-Amman) in Jordan received Queen
Rania Outstanding U.K. Learner Awards for their performance on external exams taken in the spring 2015 examination
session. The students received awards for high achievement on multiple exams as well as for achieving top scores in Jordan
and in the world on the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), Advanced Subsidiary Level (AS),
and Advanced Levels (A Levels).
Since 2003, the Queen Rania Outstanding U.K. Learner Awards have shone a spotlight on students in Jordan who achieve
top scores on external examinations. With the support of Queen Rania Al Abdullah, each year an award ceremony is held in
honor of outstanding student performance. In 2015, more than 450 VIP guests, including high-ranking dignitaries, were
present in the audience as 109 students from schools across Jordan were recognized for their outstanding performance.
At the award ceremony, 11 ISC-Amman students proudly accepted their awards. Taking the worlds highest rank in A Level
Mathematics and AS Chemistry was Khalid Farid Kamel Abu-Zeinah. Khalid received a total of six awards during the
ceremony including Top in Jordan in A Level Mathematics, AS Chemistry, AS Physics, and AS Biology. Rama Mahmoud
Mohammad Almasri, Natalie Foteh Yacoub Tleel, Kenan Sheikh Yasin, and Sarah Samir Zakkak received high achievement
awards for earning an A or A* on A Level exams in 3 of 4 subjects including chemistry, mathematics, Arabic, and physics.
Hareer Ayad Akram Akram made the GCE Top 10 in the World and Top in Jordan for A Level Mathematics. Bilal Mohammad
Zuhair Kahhaleh received the GCE Top 10 in the World for A Level Mathematics. Dana Ayman Alqatawneh and Zeid Tareq
Pharaon received Top in Jordan awards for their performance on the AS Mathematics exam, with Waleed Khaled Mahmoud
Lattouf obtaining Top in Jordan in economics on the IGCSE. Mohammad Hussein Subuh Krishan received a high achievement
award on his A Level Biology exam.
